摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schichtbauvorrichtung (10) zur additiven Herstellung zumindest eines Bauteilbereichs eines Bauteils durch ein additives Schichtbauverfahren. Die Schichtbauvorrichtung (10) umfasst mindestens einen Beschichter (16) zum Auftrag von mindestens einer Pulverschicht eines Werkstoffs auf eine Aufbau- und Fügezone (18), mindestens eine Strahlungsquelle zum Erzeugen wenigstens eines Energiestrahls zum schichtweisen und lokalen Verschmelzen und/oder Versintern des Werkstoffs zum Ausbilden einer Bauteilschicht durch selektives Bestrahlen des Werkstoffs mit dem wenigstens einem Energiestrahl gemäß einer vorbestimmten Belichtungsstrategie und eine Strömungseinrichtung (26), mittels welcher ein Fluidstrom über der Pulverschicht erzeugbar ist. Weiterhin weist die Schichtbauvorrichtung (10) wenigstens eine Strömungsleiteinrichtung (28) auf, welche mindestens ein Leitelement (28a, 28b) zum Leiten des Fluidstroms über zumindest einen Bereich der Pulverschicht umfasst. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin eine Strömungsleiteinrichtung (28) für eine solche Schichtbauvorrichtung (10) sowie ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer derartigen Schichtbauvorrichtung (10).

The AM apparatus (1) includes a heat shield (60) and a drive mechanism (70) for the heat shield (60). The heat shield (60) is changeable, by the drive mechanism (70), between a deployed position (61) and an idle position (62) realized by having different spatial orientations of the heat shield (60). When in the deployed position (61), the heat shield (60) is housed within the build chamber (50) and spatially oriented above a surface of the powder bed (8). The heat shield (60) in the deployed position (61) entraps heat lost from the surface of the powder bed (8), thereby reducing a temperature gradient.

摘要: Ink compositions are provided for using solvent-based additive manufacturing (SBAM) techniques to form contactor structures and/or structures for use in an adsorption or absorption contactor. Methods forming a contactor using SBAM are also provided. The ink compositions can include a substantial content of adsorbent particles to provide enhanced adsorption by a contactor. Metal organic framework (MOF) structures and zeotype framework structures are examples of types of adsorbent particles that can be incorporated into an ink composition for forming a contactor structure by SBAM. The ink can further include a polymeric component that can serve as the structural component of a polymeric structural material produced by the additive manufacturing method. Such a structural material can correspond to a polymeric material with incorporated adsorbent particles. In some aspects, the polymeric structural material and/or the adsorbent particles can have selectivity for adsorption of CO2 from a process fluid flow.

Außerhalb des Baubehälters (2) ist im Innern der Behälteranordnung (1) ein auffangbehälterseitiger Teil (31) eines Innenraums (32) der Behälteranordnung (1) vorgesehen.
