    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) are described. A UE may receive control signaling configuring periodic resources for receiving semi-persistent scheduled downlink transmissions and may receive a control message indicating a change to a transmission time interval format. The UE may identify a conflict for a symbol period between uplink transmission of feedback for a first semi-persistent scheduled downlink transmission and downlink reception based on the change to the transmission time interval format. The UE may then transmit, in an uplink shared channel resource of the transmission time interval format that differs from the symbol period, an uplink message including uplink data multiplexed with the feedback based on the conflict.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a 5th Generation (5G) or 6th Generation (6G) communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. A method performed by a user equipment (UE) is provided. The method includes receiving, by the UE, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), wherein the received PDCCH includes downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling one or more physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs), receiving, by the UE, one or more PDSCHs according to the received DCI, determining and transmitting, by the UE, a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook for one or more PDSCHs according to the received PDSCHs and PDCCH.
