Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for retransmission of sidelink transmissions using network coding. A transmitting device transmits a transport block and a request for a NC encoding device to retransmit the transport block to a plurality of UEs. The NC encoding device transmits a packet encoding a plurality of transport blocks previously transmitted by one or more transmitting devices. The NC encoding device receives a plurality of acknowledgments (ACK) or negative acknowledgments (NACK) for the plurality of transport blocks from the plurality of UEs. The NC encoding device determines whether a respective transport block has satisfied an ACK condition based on the plurality of ACKs or NACKs from the plurality of UEs. The NC encoding device transmits an acknowledgment message to the one or more transmitting devices for at least the respective transport block.

Abstract: Aspects are provided which allow a UE to defer HARQ-ACK reporting in PUCCH transmissions according to a configured HARQ-ACK codebook. In one aspect, the UE receives, from a base station, information triggering feedback for DL HARQ processes of the UE, the UE receives a RRC message configuring the feedback to be for less than all of the DL HARQ processes, and the UE reports the feedback based on the information and the RRC message. In another aspect, the UE reports feedback including a plurality of HARQ-ACK bits in a PUCCH, where each of the HARQ-ACK bits is associated with DL data, and at least one of the DL data is associated with a cancelled PUCCH transmission. The UE may also append to the feedback a HARQ-ACK bit associated with other DL data, where the other data is associated with another cancelled PUCCH transmission.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station during a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring occasion (PMO), first downlink control information (DCI) scheduling the UE for a first physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) resource on a first component carrier and for a second PDSCH resource on a second component carrier. The UE may receive, during the PMO, second DCI scheduling the UE for a third PDSCH resource on the second component carrier. The UE may identify a set of downlink assignment indices (DAIs) for the first DCI and the second DCI, where the first DCI has one or more DAIs whose values are based on the first DCI scheduling PDSCH resources on different component carriers. The UE may transmit feedback based on the set of DAIs.

For example, the base station determines first search spaces indicating potential locations for a first downlink control channel and/or second search spaces indicating potential locations for a second downlink control channel. The base station configures and transmits first delays and/or second delays. Each first delay indicates a respective time delay between a resource location of the first downlink control channel and a resource location of a downlink data associated with the first downlink control channel and is configured for a respective one of the first search spaces. Each second delay indicates a respective time delay between a resource location of the second downlink control channel and a resource location of an uplink data associated with the second downlink control channel and is configured for a respective one of the second search spaces.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. A method and apparatus of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system are provided.
