Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration message from a base station including a configuration for communicating with the base station, and the base station may transmit an RRC reconfiguration complete message to the base station (e.g., in response to the RRC reconfiguration message). The UE may then apply the configuration in the RRC reconfiguration message for communicating with the base station after transmitting the RRC reconfiguration complete message. That is, the UE may delay application of the configuration in the RRC reconfiguration message until after the UE transmits the RRC reconfiguration complete message. Using these techniques, ambiguity between the base station and the UE on when the configuration is applied by the UE may be minimized, resulting in improved throughput and reduced latency in a wireless communications system.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may partition a set of available sidelink feedback resources into a first set of sidelink feedback resources and a second set of sidelink feedback resources, wherein the partitioning comprises at least a set of gap resources in a frequency domain between the first set of sidelink feedback resources and the second set of sidelink feedback resources that satisfies a gap threshold. The UE may determine, for each of the first set of sidelink feedback resources and the second set of sidelink feedback resources, a set of sidelink feedback transmissions to perform or a set of sidelink feedback receptions to perform based at least in part on a priority level associated with each sidelink feedback message. The UE may perform the set of sidelink feedback transmissions, the set of sidelink feedback receptions, or both according to the determining.

Abstract: In an example, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a message indicating activation or reactivation of semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) between the UE and the base station. The UE may determine, based on the message, a first resource for transmitting a first acknowledgement / negative-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) to acknowledge reception of the message. The UE may also receive, from the base station and subsequent to the receiving of the message, an SPS message. The UE may also determine a second resource for transmitting a second ACK/NACK to acknowledge reception of the SPS message. The UE may also transmit, to the base station, the first ACK/NACK on the first resource and the second ACK/NACK on the second resource.

For each uplink transport block, uplink control information, UCI, is transmitted. The UCI relates to the CG. The CG-UCI provides an indication for the transmitted K plurality of repetitions and is multiplexed into a subset of the transmitted K plurality of repetitions.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods and apparatus for transmitting CSI report. For example, a first aspect of the present disclosure provides a method performed at a terminal device, comprising: transmitting a first CSI report; transmitting a second CSI report; wherein at least a portion of the second CSI report is obtained based on the first CSI report. For example, a second aspect of the present disclosure provides a method performed at a terminal device, comprising: transmitting a first CSI report; and transmitting, to a network node, a change indicator about whether at least a portion of the first CSI report changes. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the success rate of transmitting a CSI report may be improved and the payload for transmitting a CSI report may be reduced.

Abstract: A wireless device receives discontinuous reception configuration parameters indicating a duration associated with a round trip time. The wireless device receives, via a control channel, first control information indicating a resource for a transport block. The wireless device successfully decodes the transport block based on the first control information. The wireless device starts monitoring the control channel after the duration from a time resource that is assigned for an acknowledgment for the transport block. Based on the monitoring, the wireless device receives second control information.

Abstract: Systems and methods for triggering and reporting a Subcarrier Spacing (SCS) change in a wireless communication system are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method performed by a wireless communication device for wireless communication device triggered subcarrier spacing (SCS) change comprises monitoring a status of one or more SCSs at the wireless communication device and sending a SCS change request to a network node based on the monitored status. In this manner, a fast SCS switch triggered by wireless communication device can be achieved.
