본 발명은 다양한 어플리케이션을 실행할 수 있는 이동통신 단말기 등의 차량제어 단말기로 차량을 관리함에 있어서, 기존의 이동 통신망 대신 블루투스 또는 와이파이와 같이 저렴하면서 보편화된 통신모듈을 사용하여 부가적인 통신비용의 발생을 없애고, 기존의 이동통신 단말기 및 기존의 차량 제어수단에 그대로 적용되어 경제적 활용도 및 시장 적응성이 높은 차량 원격 조정기의 무선통신 중계를 통한 차량 관리 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 특히, 제 1블루투스 모듈(110) 또는 제 1와이파이 모듈이 내장되어 있으며 차량의 제어를 위한 제어 데이터를 차량 제어 신호로 송신하는 차량제어 단말기(100); 제 2블루투스 모듈(210) 또는 제 2와이파이 모듈이 내장되어 차량 제어 신호를 수신하고 제 1알에프 모듈(220)이 내장되어 수신한 차량 제어 신호를 제 1알에프 모듈(220)을 통해 송신하는 차량 원격 조정기(200); 및 차량에 내장되어 있으며 제 2알에프 모듈(310)이 내장되어 제 1알에프 모듈(220)이 송신한 차량 제어 신호를 수신하여 차량을 제어하는 차량 제어수단(300);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 원격 조정기의 무선통신 중계를 통한 차량 관리 시스템이 개시된다.

The present invention relates to an engine start/stop switch for a vehicle, comprising: a housing (10), one end of which is exposed outwardly from a dashboard (5), and the other end of which is embedded in the dashboard (5); a button (20) arranged in the housing (10), one end of which is exposed outwardly such that is may be pressed to start or stop an engine; a slider (30) arranged at the front end of the button (20) such that the slider (30) slides along the inner surface of the housing (10); a circuit unit (40) which is arranged to closely contact the front end of the slider (30), such that the circuit unit (40) is electrified when pressed by the slider (30), to generate an engine start or stop signal; and a coil antenna (50) interposed between the button (20) and the slider (30) to transmit driving waves to the transponder of a portable device (7) carried by a driver. As described above, the coil antenna is arranged in the vicinity of the button for igniting an ignition plug, such that an electromotive force is generated in the portable device even when the voltage of the battery of the portable device drops, and an ID code can be transmitted to an ECU of the vehicle. Thus, a portable device holder in the vehicle can be eliminated, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and manufacturing processes, and enabling the space in the vehicle from which the portable device holder is removed to be utilized for various purposes.

The disclosed apparatus and method provides substrate impurity doping wherein a laser rapidly scans a substrate while simultaneously a uniform laminar flow of reactive gas is injected, the interaction of the laser radiation and the dopant results in a uniform diffusion of the dopant species in all planes (X,Y,Z) of the substrate. Laser energy density, wavelength, and pulse geometry are adjustable, in a simple system for volume manufacturing, to provide depth and dose control of the dopant. The system optics can be focused to form a high resolution laser beam to directly write the doping area pattern geometry. Alternatively the laser beam can be optically expanded to form a large diameter beam for large area diffusion of the dopant through a patterned mask.

본 발명은 자동차용 엔진 스타트/스톱 스위치에 관한 것으로서, 일단부가 대시보드(5) 외부로 노출되고 그 타측이 대시보드(5) 내부에 내장되어 있는 하우징(10); 상기 하우징(10) 내에 배치되고 일단부가 외부로 노출되어 엔진의 스타트 스톱을 위해 가압되는 버튼(20); 상기 버튼(20)의 선단부에 배치되어 하우징(10)의 내주면을 따라 슬라이딩되는 슬라이더(30); 상기 슬라이더(30)의 선단부에 밀접되고 슬라이더(30)의 가압에 따라 접점되어 엔진 스타트 스톱 신호를 동작시키는 회로부(40); 및 상기 버튼(20)과 슬라이더(30) 사이에 배치되어 운전자가 휴대하고 있는 휴대기(7)의 트랜스폰더에 구동전파를 송신하는 코일안테나(50)를 포함하여 구성된다. 따라서, 휴대기 전지의 전압 강하시에도 휴대기에 기전력이 발생되게 하여 차량의 이씨유(ECU)로 아이디(ID) 코드를 송신할 수 있도록 점화플러그를 점화시키기 위한 버튼의 인접부에 코일안테나를 배치함으로써, 차량 내에 휴대기홀더를 삭제할 수 있어 이에 따른 제작비 및 제작공정이 절감될 수 있는 동시에 휴대기홀더가 삭제된 부분의 공간 활용도 다양하게 되는 등의 효과를 얻는다.

An apparatus (50) for securing a personal transport vehicle (PTV) such as a motorcycle or ATV to the bed of a truck includes a pair of elongated straight handlebar struts (51) telescopically adjustable to a length fixable by a first key lock (58). Each strut (51) has an upper hook (34) lockable by a second key lock (57) to a handlebar of a PTV, and a lower hook (56) securable to a truck bed, by a third key lock (59). The apparatus includes an elongated cross-lock arm (71) telescopically adjustable to a length fixable by a fourth, cross-lock arm key lock (76). Each cross-lock arm has at one end thereof a swivelable hook (79) for engaging a structural member of a PTV, and at the other end a fixed hook (74) for engaging a collar (65) protruding from the strut, the longitudinal position of which collar is adjustable on the strut. A pair of struts (51) and a pair of cross-lock arms (71) are used to secure a single vehicle, and a pair of vehicles is securable by a pair of struts and single cross-lock arm disposed between the vehicles.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour stocker, dans la mémoire réinscriptible d'un calculateur électronique automobile, des données de calibration fonctionnellement équivalentes à un ensemble de différents modèles (M 1 -M5) de données complètes de calibration, ce procédé comprenant des opérations consistant à enregistrer un unique exemplaire (CALIBAS) de données communes de calibration (COM1 -COM4), et des données spécifiques de calibration (SP1 -SP5) délestées de ces données communes. L'invention utilise les relations existant entre les différentes versions (SP1 -SP5) de données spécifiques pour réduire encore l'espace mémoire dédié au stockage en définissant, parmi ces versions, des versions-types (T1; T2) et des variantes (V11; V21, V22), les variantes étant délestées de données déjà contenues dans les versions- types (T 1; T2).

An apparatus is provided for locating a vehicle electronic key including a fob for receiving a low frequency signal, measuring the low frequency signal strength, and providing a radio frequency response signal, a portion of the response signal including the signal strength determination. A low frequency antenna is located within the vehicle cabin for providing the low signal. A controller receives the response signal and compares the signal strength against a predetermined threshold. A vehicle engine immobilizer is responsive to the controller where the controller controls the immobilizer in response to the comparison.
