A cooling oil is supplied from a cooling pipe (12) to an outer peripheral surface of a mold resin (14-1), and a thermistor (10) for measuring a temperature of a coil (22) is provided at one end portion of the mold resin (14-1) in an axial direction of a stator. A bulge portion (15) for restraining the cooling oil from being supplied to the thermistor (10) is provided bulging outward in the axial direction of the stator in such a manner as to surround at least part of a periphery of the thermistor (10), at one end portion of the mold resin (14-1) in the axial direction of the stator.

모터 및 모터의 제조방법에 대한 것으로, 모터는 로터, 복수 개의 코일 안착부 그룹을 포함하는 스테이터 및 각 코일 안착부 그룹 별로 와이어를 순차적으로 권선하고, 권선된 와이어를 커팅점에서 커팅하고, 커팅된 와이어 일단을 중성점 포트에 연결하고, 커팅된 와이어 타단을 구동점 포트에 연결하여, 코일 안착부에 마련되는 코일을 포함할 수 있다.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stator (100) einer rotierenden elektrischen Maschine, der Stator (100) umfassend ein Blechpaket (104) mit mehreren zu einem Luftspalt zwischen dem Stator (100) und einem Rotor der elektrischen Maschine offenen Nuten (106) und eine Wicklung (102) mit mehreren Spulen, deren Windungen jeweils durch Nuten (106) des Blechpaketes (104) verlaufen. Dabei sind die Windungen der Spulen innerhalb der Nuten (106) durch ein keramisches Material voneinander und zum Blechpaket (104) elektrisch isoliert. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur automatisierten Herstellung einer Wicklung (102) eines Stators (100) einer rotierenden elektrischen Maschine.

A rotor assembly for an electric machine includes a core and a cap wherein electrical windings are wound about the rotor assembly to define a pole. The rotation of the rotor and rotor pole relative to a stator generates a current supplied from the electric machine to a power consuming device.

The invention relates to an interconnector having circular conductors (31-34) for a stator (11) of a polyphase rotary electric machine including a body (12) having a winding provided with a plurality of coils (19) each having input (191) and output (192) ends, said interconnector comprising a first portion (22a) including at least three circular conductors (32-34) having an annular shape stacked axially on top of one another and electrically isolated from one another, and a second portion (22b) including at least one electrically insulated circular conductor (31) having an annular shape. Said first and second portions (22a, 22b) are intended for being installed on either side of the body (12) of the stator. The circular conductors (32-34) of the first portion (22a) and the circular conductors (31) of the second portion (22b) have, on the inner periphery thereof, tabs (36) projecting inwardly for welding the input ends (191) and the output ends (192) of the coils, respectively.
