    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a user equipment (UE) may generate statistical modeling of sensing outcomes (e.g., may identify one or more measurement statistics), and may transmit values that are quantized based on the one or more measurement statistics. Measurement statistics may include one or more of mean and variance of sensing results (e.g., channel quality measurements such as signal to interference ratio (SIR)), auto-correlation of measurements or measurement statistics over time, auto-covariance, or the like. In some examples, a UE may incorporate channel measurement statistics into a waveform (e.g., the coordination report) or otherwise compress the measurements. The UE may measure its own self-interference, and may indicate (e.g.,in the coordination message) resource availability that reflects the measured self-interference. A receiving UE may use the coordination message to schedule subsequent sidelink communications (e.g., with the transmitting UE or with other UEs).

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may schedule uplink control channel repetitions for a user equipment (UE) on multiple component carriers (CCs). The UE may determine spatial relation information to apply to each uplink control channel repetition based on a rule, where the rule specifies for the UE to apply same spatial relation information to the repetitions or different spatial relation information to the repetitions. In some cases, the UE may use spatial relation information from a first uplink control channel repetition (e.g., per-frequency band, per-CC subgroup, or for each of the uplink control channel repetitions). In some other cases, the base station may indicate different spatial relation information for each uplink control channel repetition in control signaling. The UE may transmit the uplink control channel repetitions using the spatial relation information.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a user equipment (UE) may monitor for semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) transmissions and generate SPS hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) bits scheduled for transmission to the base station in a set of uplink symbols. However, a collision may occur during transmission if a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) carrying the SPS HARQ bits overlaps with downlink symbols. The UE may defer all SPS HARQ bits from collided PUCCHs to a next available PUCCH resource. In some examples, the UE may distribute deferred HARQ bits across multiple available PUCCH resources. The UE may distribute the deferred HARQ bits evenly across the next available PUCCH resources, or the UE may distribute the deferred HARQ bits unevenly according to a pattern. In some examples, the base station may indicate (e.g., via a downlink control information (DCI) message) a deferment pattern to the UE.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may perform both a channel estimation and a non-linearity estimation (e.g., a power amplifier (PA) model estimation) on a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) transmitted by a base station. For example, the DMRS may include two portions that correspond to two peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) values. Low PAPR values may enable the UE to perform the channel estimation, and high PAPR values may enable the UE to perform the PA non-linearity estimation. Accordingly, a first portion of the DMRS may correspond to a lower PAPR value, and the second portion of the DMRS may correspond to a higher PAPR value. In some examples, the base station may signal different parameters for each portion of the DMRS to the UE, or the UE may use fixed values to receive each portion of the DMRS.

A user equipment (UE) may be configured with a first configuration that the UE is to use for semi-persistent scheduling transmissions when availability of one or more uplink symbols in which the feedback is scheduled for transmission to a base station changes (e.g., due to a slot format change). The UE may be configured to defer transmission of the feedback until a subsequent uplink resource. The UE may receive, from the base station, an indication of a second configuration that the UE is to use for the semi-persistent scheduling transmissions when availability of one or more uplink symbols in which the feedback is scheduled for transmission to a base station changes. The UE may not defer transmission based on the second configuration.

A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication that a first downlink control channel candidate and a second downlink control channel candidate are linked for downlink control channel repetition. The UE may receive a downlink control channel order requesting the UE to participate in a random access procedure. In some examples, the downlink control channel order may be received via one or both of the first and second downlink control channel candidates, and the UE may perform the random access procedure in accordance with one or more rules pertaining to receipt of the downlink control channel order via linked downlink control channel candidates. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may receive, in accordance with the one or more rules, the downlink control channel order via a downlink control channel candidate that is not linked for downlink control channel repetition.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, an indication of a configuration for transmitting subslot-based feedback messages (e.g., via an uplink channel) associated with downlink transmissions (e.g., received via a downlink channel). In some cases, the UE and base station may generate a feedback codebook for the feedback messages according to a subslot-based codebook generation procedure. For example, the UE and base station may generate the feedback codebook based on a quantity of downlink transmission opportunities ending during each subslot of the uplink channel. The UE may then transmit, to the base station via the uplink channel, the feedback messages in accordance with the feedback codebook.
