    摘要: A compensating method for capacity of a radio frequency module is provided. A module monitoring circuit and a radio frequency power detecting circuit are added into the existing radio frequency module, and an existing hardware compensating circuit is changed to a radio frequency numerical control attenuator. The method could exactly and easily adjust all kinds of characteristic index of devices, thereby improving the product performance of the radio frequency module and further satisfying the working stability of the radio frequency module through using the manner of combining the software of the module monitoring circuit and the hardware ofthe module monitoring circuit, the radio frequency numerical attenuator, the radio frequency power detecting circuit and so on, and through using the data obtained by the predetermined compensating table or formula/arithmetic to perform intelligent compensation for the radio frequency module. A radio frequency module that is modified according to the method is also provided. The radio frequency module can use the tools such as computer et al. for automatic debug and test, thus increasing the efficiency of the product.

    摘要: A compensation method of radio frequency module performance is disclosed, the radio frequency module is configured to have a radio frequency input power checking circuit(101), a radio frequency output power checking circuit(105), a module monitoring circuit(111), a power amplifying circuit(102) and a radio frequency numerical control attenuator(104). According to compensation data, which is obtained by inquiring a presuppositional compensation table or is computed through a presuppositional formula/arithmetic, a processor in the module monitoring circuit adjusts radio frequency module parameters, thus influences by environment temperature inthe linearity and gains of radio frequency module and checking accuracy of radio frequency power are reduced and the declines of gains of the radio frequency module are avoided. At the same time, an improved radio frequency module using the method is provided.
