    摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards metal complexes that can be utilized to form polymers. As an example, the present disclosure provides a metal complex of Formula (I) wherein M is Zr, Hf, or Ti; each Het is independently a heterocyclic; each L is independently a bridging group; each X is independently Cl, Br, I, or alkyl; each R 1 is independently selected from the group including hydrogen, alkyls, alkenyls, alkynyls, cycloalkyls, aryls, acyls, aroyls, alkoxys, aryloxys, alkylthiols, dialkylamines, alkylamidos, alkoxycarbonyls, aryloxycarbonyls, carbomoyls, alkyl- and dialkyl-carbamoyls, acyloxys, acylaminos, aroylaminos, aromatic rings, fused aromatic rings, and combinations thereof; and each n is independently an integer having a value of one to five.

    摘要: The invention relates to an organometallic compound according to formula (I), wherein M is a group 4 metal with valency v, with v being 3 or 4, preferably Ti, Y is a monoanionic bidentate imine ligand according to formula (2) wherein E is a carbon or nitrogen atom, B is an optionally bridging moiety, Z is an oxygen or nitrogen comprising group and R is an optionally substituted hydrocarbyl group, X m is an anionic ligand with m = ≥ 1, with m = v - 2, m being the number of anionic ligands, and Q r is a coordinating ligand which is a Lewis base with r ≥ 0 being the number of ligands, and R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 , R 8 and R 9 can be chosen independently from hydrogen atoms and optionally substituted alkyl or aryl groups having 1 to 20 carbon atoms. The invention further relates to the use of the compound according to Formula (I) as a catalyst for the preparation of polyolefins.

In particular the new catalyst combination and a process are useful and for preparing of super high molecular weight isotactic polymers and copolymers of monomodal Gauss like molecular weight distribution with both linear and cyclic olefinically unsaturated compounds as monomer having isotacticity being within the range of from 15 to 70% of [mmmm] pentad concentration, weight average molecular weight within the range from 300,000 to 4,000,000 gms/mol, polydispersity within the range from 1.4 to 12 and statistic distribution of stereoscopic errors along the polymer chain. The catalyst comprises bisphenoxyimine type complexes of transition metals in combination with MAO type activator.
