Abstract:
A kit of orthopedic surgical devices, for the provision of a cemented femoral prosthesis implant, which comprises at least one rasp (2) for shaping the diaphyseal canal (D) of a femur (F) and at least one prosthetic stem (5), and further comprising : - a plurality of prosthetic stems (5a-5e) which have mutually different dimensions, - for each one of the prosthetic stems (5a-5e) a plurality of rasps (2a-2q), which have mutually different dimensions, - a plurality of test necks (3a-3g), which have mutually different shapes and/or dimensions, - a plurality of test heads (4a-4d) which are provided with removable coupling means (41) which make it possible to removably couple each one of the test heads (4a-4d) to each one of the test necks (3a-3g).
Abstract:
An orthopedic implant with diaphyseal and/or metaphyseal filling (1, 1', 1", 1"') is disclosed, particularly for the prosthetization of a knee of a patient, which comprises an (i) implant body (2) adapted to be fixed to a knee prosthesis and to the femur or tibia of the patient, (ii) a prosthesis coupling portion (3) configured to be fixed to the knee prosthesis, and (iii) a bone coupling portion (4) configured to be fixed to the femur or tibia; the bone coupling portion (4) is provided with an additive powder technology.
Abstract:
A device (1) for facilitating the formation of new bone tissue, which comprises a body that defines an upper portion (2) and a lower portion (3), the lower portion (3) having a substantially frustum-like shape, the upper portion (2) having a substantially cylindrical shape, the lower portion being adapted to be inserted into the medullary canal of a bone.
Abstract:
A femoral component (1) for a knee prosthesis, comprising at least one convex articular surface (2, 22) that defines at least one femoral condyle (3, 23); the posterior portion (4, 24) of the femoral condyle (3, 23) is thicker than the distal portion (5, 25).
