Abstract:
The device is intended to propel a fastening element (1) under the action of combustion gas from an explosive charge contained in a cartridge (10) mounted on a cartridge holder (13) received in a gun holder (3) and intended to be entered into a combustion chamber (11) situated at the rear of the cannon (4) slidably fitted in the gun holder (3). Also foreseen is an opening lever (19-25) designed to, after firing, draw the cannon (4) forward in the gun holder (3), bring it away from the cartridge holder (13) and thus open the device .
Abstract:
The apparatus comprises, upstream of a mouth (3) , a loader (4) having a channel (13) for receiving a strip of fasteners and open (14) to allow the sideways insertion of a slider for pushing the strip towards the mouth (3) and restoring means for pushing the slider towards the mouth (3), which apparatus is characterized in that the channel (13) for receiving the strip has an inward- projecting segment (52) to act as a lateral guide rail for the strip. The strip has jackets with a sleeve and two collars. The collars of some jackets are trimmed.
Abstract:
In the assembly of the invention, the assembly includes adapter means (2) designed to connect the transmission member (30) and the energy source (20) and to ensure good transmission of energy between them. The adapter means (2) comprise means (3, 46, 2, 15; 16) for locking the energy source (20) in rotation in the device and means (3, 45, 2, 17, 18) for the angular indexing of the source (20) in the position in which it is locked in rotation in the device. The invention is very suitable for gas fastening devices.
Abstract:
Assembly consisting of a hand-held tool (3) and an attachment comprising a loop (4) designed to be threaded on to a belt (2) and provided with a catch finger (5) for the tool (3), the tool being designed to hook on to the finger (5) in the operating position before being able to swing under its own weight into a position in which locking means (12, 13) prevent it from becoming unhooked from the finger (5). The invention is particularly suitable for fastening tools.
Abstract:
The indirect fire device for fixing fasteners (13) in a substrate material of the invention comprises a piston for driving a fastener (13) movably mounted in a barrel and a plug guide (11) for guiding a fastener (13) towards the substrate material. The device is adapted to receive a magazine (19) for receiving a strip (14) of fasteners (13) in order to introduce the fasteners (13) one by one into the plug guide (11). Each fastener (1.3) is held in a sleeve comprising bridges (16) for connection to another sleeve (15). The plug guide (11) of the device includes a zone having an enlarged circular section (21) at the opening of the magazine (19) leading into the plug guide (11), extending axially over the length (h) of a sleeve (15) increased by the stroke of the plug guide (11) for loading the device (L - L').
