Vorliegende Erfindung beschreibt einen Setzkopf für eine Fügevorrichtung, insbesondere eine Presse oder ein Setzgerät, der die folgenden Merkmale aufweist: einen in Längsrichtung bewegbaren Stempel (10), sodass über eine an einem Arbeitsende (12) des Stempels angeordnete Stempelfläche (16) ein Fügeelement (7) in ein Bauteil fügbar ist, eine hohlzylinderförmige Aufnahmehülse (50) mit einem Durchgangskanal (52), die mit dem Stempel in dem Durchgangskanal benachbart zu dem Arbeitsende des Stempels konzentrisch und axial bewegbar auf diesem geführt ist, und zwei einander gegenüberliegend und außerhalb des Durchgangskanals an der Aufnahmehülse angeordnete Haltearme stellen jeweils mindestens ein lateral einwärts ragendes Halteende bereit, sodass mit den mindestens zwei Halteenden das Fügeelement benachbart zu einer stempelabgewandten Austrittsöffnung des Durchgangskanals und durch das axial bewegbare Arbeitsende des Stempels lösbar positionierbar ist.

Hand riveting tool (1; 101) for fixing a mechanical insert (2; 102), such as a rivet (2; 102) of collapsible type in a housing seat (3), comprises: a spacer element (5; 105) provided with an axial passage opening (6; 106) and comprising a contrasting end (7;107) that is suitable for coming to rest on, and contrasting, a front edge zone (B) of the rivet (2; 102); a thrust bearing unit (8; 108) arranged for resting on a second end (9; 109) of the spacer element (5; 105); a pulling member (10; 110) having a shape that is oblong and shaped for extending, along a longitudinal axis (A), through the thrust bearing unit (8; 108) and the passage opening (6; 106) of the spacer element (5; 105) for coupling through screwing with the rivet (2; 102); a threaded nut element (11; 111) that is screwable on said pulling member (10; 110) and arranged for resting on said thrust bearing unit (8; 108) opposite the spacer element (5; 105). Um den Betrieb eines handgeführten oder halbstationären Setzgeräts zu vereinfachen, ist ein Kartuschenlager (12) so mit der Vorsatzeinrichtung (14) gekoppelt, dass ein Aufschlagimpuls beim Zünden einer Kartusche über das Kartuschenlager (12) auf die Vorsatzeinrichtung (14) übertragen wird, um die Vorsatzeinrichtung (14) gegen den Untergrund zu drücken.

A combustion-powered fastener-driving tool includes a combustion-powered power source having a combustion chamber, a reciprocating piston and driver blade, and a valve sleeve reciprocable relative to the power source between a rest position and a firing position. The valve sleeve partially defines the combustion chamber. A lockout device is in fluid communication with the combustion power source and includes a reciprocating gas piston connected to a latch in operational proximity to the valve sleeve. The lockout device is configured such that upon combustion in the combustion chamber, gas from the combustion engages the gas piston and moves the latch to an engaged position in which the valve sleeve is prevented from moving to the rest position.
