The present invention relates to a method to cure roving with resin on a liner (4) at high production speed, with light (1) and light conductive flexible length winding shaft (3) equipped with light source (3a), from inside the liner with light beams (7) evenly distributed on to the roving already wedded by the resin (5) during winding process. The method includes the steps of (a) wedding the roving (2) before the wedded roving (5) is placed by the winding program on the liner using a light curing resin in a resin bath (6), (b) wedding the roving (5) before the wedded roving (5) is placed by the winding program on the liner using at least one winding machines (8) and (c) winding the roving around the liner (4).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Zuführen einer Materialbahn (03) zu einer Druckeinheit (01) einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine mit einem eine Materialrolle (08) tragenden Rollenträger (06), welcher seitlich neben der Maschinenflucht angeordnet ist, und mit mindestens einer im Bahnweg zwischen Rollenträger (06) und Druckeinheit (01) angeordneten Umlenkstange (07), welche um 45° zur Transportrichtung (T1) der auf sie auflaufenden Materialbahn (03) geneigt ist. Die Umlenkstange (07) weist zumindest in einem Umschlingungswinkelbereich der Materialbahn (03) als Mikroöffnungen (23) ausgebildete Austrittsöffnungen (23) für den Durchtritt eines unter Druck stehenden Fluids auf, deren mittlerer Durchmesser höchstens 500 µm beträgt, und dass die Umlenkstange (07) bei bewegter Materialbahn (03) auf einer Länge (L07) fluiddurchströmte Mikroöffnungen (23) aufweist und beblasen ist, welche größer ist als die Breite des durch die umschlingende Materialbahn (03) abgedeckten Bereichs.

Bei einem Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Pressgut aus zu verpressendem Ausgangsmaterial bzw. einer zur Durchführung des Verfahrens geeigneten Vorrichtung sind Mittel vorgesehen, durch die der auf das Ausgangsmaterial ausgeübte Druck über einen Vorlaufbereich in der Pressstrecke, dessen Länge einstellbar ist, reduziert werden kann.

At least in a wraparound angular region of the material web (03), the deflection rod (07) has outlet openings (23) which are configured as micro-openings (23) for the passage of a pressurized fluid, the mean diameter of which is at most 500 µm, and, when the material web (03) is moving, the deflection rod (07) has micro-openings (23), through which fluid flows, and is loaded with air on a length (L07) which is greater than the width of the region which is covered by the material web (03) which wraps around it.

Plastic inner liners (3) are used as core material for filament winding of composite pressure vessels. These vessels are used for Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) in Type 4 Cylinder and as alternative replacement of existing LPG steel cylinder. The inner liner (3) has at least one opening to install the valve which is connected liquid and gas tight to the surface of the filament wound fiber reinforced cylinder surface.

A method of decorating cylindrical articles made from fabric-coated, neoprene rubber sheet material through the use of dye sublimation means, said method comprising placing a said article on a cylindrical mandrel; wrapping around and securing to said article a sheet of image transfer medium carrying a pre-printed decoration to be applied to said article; placing said image transfer medium-wrapped article in the bore of a pre-heated, metal platen, said bore being greater than the external diameter of said wrapped article; allowing said neoprene rubber material to thermally expand to bring said image transfer medium into contact with said heated bore for the required period to transfer said decoration to said article; removing said wrapped article from said platen and removing said sheet of image transfer medium from said article.

The invention relates to a method for emitting information and warnings, adapted to the driving situation, about speed limits. On the basis of the current position of the vehicle, the direction of travel and the speed, as soon as a section of route with a speed limit is approached, a corresponding message or warning is automatically triggered. The characteristic values required therefor for existing speed limits are stored in the vehicle as a data stock. Vehicle and environment parameters, and user adjustments, can influence the emission of the warning information. The driver can thus comfortably adapt the current speed to the authorised maximum speed.
