摘要: A method of forming thermoforming sheets includes providing a molten polymer source. The method further includes providing a first and second roller, the second roller having a first and second section, the first section having a first diameter and the second section having a second diameter. The method further includes feeding molten polymer from the molten polymer source into a nip between the first and second roller. The method further includes forming the thermoforming sheets having a first and second portion, the first portion corresponding to the first and second section of the second roller respectively, the first portion have a first thickness corresponding to the first diameter and the second portion having a second thickness corresponding to the second diameter.
