Abstract:
The longitudinal side piece of the frame of a chain cconveyor consists of two right-angled C profiled parts (12, 14) arranged one above the other at a distance apart and fastened by means of connecting plates (56, 58), clamps (70) seated in the profiled parts (12, 14) and clamping bolts (74) engaging in the connecting plates as well as by means of holding bolts (76) which pass through the profiled parts and engage in the connecting plates (56, 58). The inner space of the lower profiled section (12) provides a supporting surface for the return strand of a conveyor chain, and the upper side of the upper profiled part (14) provides a supporting surface for the driving strand of the conveyor chain. Feet and transverse braces of this type can be mounted at any point on this longitudinal frame side piece. No mechanical machining of the profiled sections is necessary at the junctions.
Abstract:
A conveyor unit for a palette conveyor is provided with a link chain (24) of which each stud (40) is capped with a carrying plate. The carrying plates (26) have a U-shaped cross-section and are resting by their branches (44) on the stud (40) of the chain. The end surfaces (52, 54) of the carrier elements (26), which are facing, respectively arranged behind, seen in the conveying direction, have a convex, respectively concave, cylindrical shape so that the axes of the cylindrical surfaces are matching with the stud axes.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an adjustable casting mould with a plurality of axially displaceable moulding pins. Each moulding pin has a self-locking threaded mechanism (82, 84) by way of which the moulding pin is supported on a carrier plate (80). The carrier plates (80) on which in each case a plurality of adjustable moulding pins (64) are mounted are, in turn, connected to a moulding-box housing member to be adjustable in a different manner perpendicular to the mould parting surface.
Abstract:
A stackable packaging unit (10) has a lower supporting pallet (12), a marginal wall arrangement (14) made of corrugated cardboard and a covering pallet (16) having the same geometry as the supporting pallet. Both pallets are moulded parts with feet (28 to 32) and have receptions (34 to 38) for the feet on their upper surface. The feet and the feet receptions are asymmetrical, so that the feet of an upper pallet engage the underlying feet receptions (34 to 38) over a short distance (Z1) in a first relative position of two adjacent pallets (12, 16) but engage them over a longer distance in a second relative position. The pallets (12, 16) may thus be closely stacked after use of the packaging unit and transported back to their point of origin.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A reusable carrier (10) for yoghurt pots or the like has pot receptacles (14) that transmit vertical forces in a stack of carriers and that surround the yoghurt pots (16). The lower ends of the pot receptacles (14) of each carrier co-operate with positioning ribs (42, 44) of the top surface of an underlying carrier (10), so that layers of stacked carriers can not be horizontally moved in relation to each other. The carrier (10) as a whole is a stackable single piece made of a deep-drawn foil that is cheap to produce and easy to clean before being reused.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a dock for carrying out repair and maintenance work on the outer skin of an aircraft. The dock has two halves (18, 20), it being possible in each dock half to move at least the section (40) lying in front of the wing leading edge or behind the wing trailing edge out to one side beyond the wingtip. Work platforms (24) are mounted on each dock half (18, 20) in such a way that they can be moved parallel to the longitudinal axis of the fuselage, vertically and towards and away from the fuselage skin.
Abstract:
To enable pallets (10) to be transported on chain conveyors (14, 16) in various sections of a transporting path at different speeds without having to use step-by-step switching gears, the pallets are placed on at least two chain conveyors (14, 16) that move at different speeds. By controlling the frictional engagement between the set-down elements (20 to 28) of the pallets (10) and the endless conveyors (14 and 16), it is possible to predetermine with which chain conveyor the pallets will be synchronously moving at any time, whereas a relative movement essentially devoid of driving power is possible between the pallet (10) and the other chain conveyor. The latter is then momentarily used only to support vertically one side of the pallet.
Abstract:
Servo-supports that may take for example the form of work cylinders (28) with work chambers in communication with a common compensation line (64) are used to mount a large workpiece with non-ideal rigidity in an easily adjustable manner on a substructure with predetermined, in particular identical bearing forces acting on the various bearing points.
Abstract:
A wardrobe has a top section (14) with a triangular cross-section and a bottom section (16) with a trapezoidal cross-section. One sidewall (20) of the top wardrobe section (14) is aligned with one sidewall (24) of the bottom wardrobe section (16). By using such wardrobe units, rows of wardrobes that extend up to the wall of a building may be set up. Preferably, two wardrobe units are joined into a double wardrobe (10).
