    摘要: The present invention provides a process for producing a plurality of Neddylation site modified AAV vectors. In one embodiment, the process comprises predicting a plurality of Neddylation sites on AAV VP1 capsid protein sequence based on relatively high confidence targets, wherein the AAV VP1 capsid protein sequence being set forth in Protein ID- YP_680426.1; and producing the plurality of Neddylation site modified AAV vectors based on predicted plurality of neddylation sites on AAV VP1 capsid protein sequence. The present invention for the first time highlights the role of Neddylation during AAV infection and its impact on generating novel AAV vectors with improved efficiency for ocular and hepatic gene therapy.

    摘要: Drive signals for a display device may be generated using Separable Nonnegative Matrix Series Representation (SNMSR) of source image data and applying a non- negative matrix factorization (NNMF) process to source image data to generate approximation image data (I i ), partial sum image data (P i ) and residue image data (J i ). Iteratively, NNMF may be applied to J i such that subsequent I i and J i may be generated, where each I i can be associated with a corresponding sub-frame image. At each iteration, the I i may be sent to the display buffer for selective activation of multiple row and column drivers during a single sub-frame interval. At each iteration, a determination may be made if a predetermined criterion is satisfied. The iterations may be terminated and the series truncated when the predetermined criterion is satisfied. Integration of the sub-frame images displayed over a complete frame interval by human eye effectively corresponds to the source image.

    摘要: Present invention relates to a rapid soil testing device designed for measuring the soil physical and chemical properties. The device is designed to determine and monitor real time soil nutrient content. The device is based on the near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy. Near-IR (NIR) is a spectroscopic strategy which is based on molecular overtones and combination vibrations that originates from the fundamental vibrational bands which are generally found in the mid-IR (MIR) region. The results are displayed over an android smartphone using a developed mobile application and the results can be shared via WhatsApp or email in the form of a summary table. It also has the facility to keep the record of previous recommendations. It is a very low power device having battery backup up-to 60 min in a single charge and can also be powered using the 5 Volt DC supply or the smartphone through OTG cable.

    摘要: Technologies are generally described for a four-terminal, gate-controlled, thin-film thyristor device. The thyristor device may essentially be an n-type thin-film transistor (TFT) with an additional emitter terminal. The thyristor device may exhibit an S-shaped negative differential 5 resistance (NDR) characteristic resulting from conductance modulation. The conductance modulation may be caused by formation of a secondary channel for current flow due to an inherent structure of the device. The secondary channel may be formed in a semiconductor area within the device, the semiconductor area including a hole transporting organic semiconductor layer (HTL) and an electron transporting organic semiconductor layer (ETL). A gate terminal of 10 the thyristor device may further allow onset of NDR characteristics to be controlled and may allow the device to be switched off.
