Abstract:
The present invention relates to a beta-glucosidase which has been modified so as to enhance the activity thereof, and to a production method for bioethanol using same. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a polynucleotide coding for a beta-glucosidase which has been modified so as to enhance the activity thereof; beta-glucosidase expressed from the polynucleotide; an expression vector comprising the polynucleotide; a transformant genetically transformed by means of the expression vector; a method for producing the modified beta-glucosidase by using the transformant; and a method for producing bioethanol by using the transformant. The modified beta-glucosidase of the present invention can be used to implement a saccharification process which is even more efficient than with existing beta-glucosidase, and can therefore be widely put to use in the economic production of bioethanol.

A wallet management system (WMS) in a non-transitory storage medium to store and manage mobile wallet account information including a wallet client management component, a widget management component, a device profile management component, and a rule engine.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing hEGF(human epidermal growth factor) which has the same activity as the wild form, in high concentration and with a high degree of purity. More specifically, the invention relates to an hEGF expression vector comprising a nucleic acid sequence coding for the polypeptide of sequence number 14; a host cell in which the expression vector has been genetically transformed; and a method for producing hEGF, comprising a step in which the expression vector is created and is genetically transformed in yeast from which the KEX1 gene is lacking. Using the method of the present invention, it is possible to produce a large volume of human derived EGF which has the same size and activity as human derived EGF, and this EGF can be used in various ways such as in medicine and cosmetics.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for the mass proliferation of embryoid bodies produced from stem cells, and for maintaining the embryoid bodies. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for the mass proliferation of embryoid bodies and for maintaining the embryoid bodies, which involves culturing embryoid bodies over a long period of time and maintaining the original properties of the embryoid bodies, wherein the method comprises a step of continuously subculturing embryoid bodies primarily produced from embryonic stem cells or from induced pluripotent stem cells. According to the method of the present invention, it is possible to mass-produce and maintain embryoid boides by a technically simple mechanical subculturing, without the continuous consumption of stem cells, after the embryoid bodies are produced from a limited amount of stem cell fraction.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a foldable diaper change table, and more specifically, to a diaper change table which can be folded so as to be easily portable. According to the present invention, the foldable diaper change table comprises: a lower plate wherein a drain hole is perforated at a seat portion where the hip part of a baby or toddler is located when the baby or toddler is laid down; and an upper plate which is coupled in front of the lower plate in such a way that a back portion can rotate.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an isocyanurate compound for forming an organic anti-reflective layer which has excellent stability at high temperature (25? or above), an excellent etch rate, and a high reflective index; and a composition including the same. The isocyanurate compound for forming an organic anti-reflective layer is represented as formula 1 of claim 1. In formula 1, R is each independently hydrogen or methyl group, R1 is each independently aliphatic or cyclic saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon having 1 to 15 carbons and including 0 to 6 hetero atoms, and R2 is each independently aliphatic or cyclic saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon having 1 to 15 carbons and including 0 to 15 hetero atoms.
Abstract:
A communication terminal and a method of providing a unified natural language interface to the same are disclosed. The method includes: determining, when text information containing many characters is created, whether the text information conforms to one of preset grammatical constraints; extracting, when the text information conforms to one of the grammatical constraints, tokens of one or more of characters from the text information, and extracting, when the text information does not conform to one of the grammatical constraints, one or more characters having an attribute probability higher than a reference probability as a token; and analyzing the extracted tokens, determining a function to handle the extracted tokens, and executing the determined function on the extracted tokens. Hence, text information can be shared between multiple functions, and the user can easily manage text information in the communication terminal.
Abstract:

The invention also relates to corresponding nucleic acid molecules encoding such a mutein and to a method for their generation. The invention further relates a method for producing such a mutein. Furthermore, the invention is directed to a pharmaceutical composition comprising such a lipocalin mutein as well as to various uses of the mutein.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for discriminating negative content. The apparatus includes a dictionary module storing values of probability of each word being exposed to the negative content, a calculating module extracting a predetermined keyword contained in any content to be analyzed, and calculating a grade of the extracted keyword using the dictionary module, and an analyzing module checking whether or not the calculated grade exceeds a predetermined grade, and determining the corresponding content to be the negative content if the calculated grade exceeds a predetermined grade. Thereby, it is determined whether or not any content has positive information suitable for an advertisement, and thereby the advertisement can be selectively inserted into the content having the positive information.
