Abstract:
The present invention concerns a device able of illuminating an object on several wavelengths at the same time and of detecting the spectrum of the fluorescence emitted by the object with high spectral resolution and wide bandwidth.
Abstract:
An LED device for the haemostasis of cutaneous blood vessels comprising at least one LED (6), a power supply unit (2) for said LED and cooling (4) and heat dissipation (5) means for said LED, wherein said LED (6) has a light emission in the blue-violet spectral band (390-470 nm). The LED device can also be fitted with an optical focusing system (7) and with means for the fibre-optic coupling (10) of the focused light.
Abstract:
Apparatus for real-time three-dimensional laser scanning microscopy, where single-photon fluorescence light, multi-photon fluorescence light, and higher order harmonics generated in the sample are detected. The excitation light is focused into the sample in a three-dimensional matrix of focal points. Real-time three- dimensional image acquisition is obtained by fast scanning in the xy plane only.
