摘要: This disclosure is directed to devices, systems, and techniques for estimating a serum potassium level. An example system includes a plurality of electrodes, sensing circuitry configured to sense an ECG of a patient, and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to determine a T-wave morphology in the ECG and based on the T-wave morphology, determine an estimate of serum potassium in blood of the patient. The processing circuitry is configured to determine that the estimate of serum potassium in the blood satisfies a threshold and based on the estimate of serum potassium in the blood satisfying the threshold, generate an indication for output that is based at least in part on the estimate of serum potassium in the blood satisfying the threshold.

In some examples, a system includes processing circuitry configured to: receive information representative of a bioelectric brain signal recorded from a brain of a patient; and determine, based on the information, at least one pathological frequency of the bioelectric brain signal. Additionally, the processing circuitry is configured to select, based on the at least one pathological frequency, a sequence of pulse bursts at a pulse burst frequency, the sequence of pulse bursts at least partially defining electrical stimulation deliverable to an area of a brain of a patient, wherein adjacent pulse bursts within the sequence comprise different intra-burst pulse frequencies; and control a medical device to deliver the electrical stimulation comprising the sequence of pulse bursts to the area of the brain of the patient.

摘要: Transcatheter prosthesis delivery catheter assemblies having a catheter and a lumen extending through the catheter. Such assemblies also have a elongate body having an outer surface and extending at least partially within the lumen. The elongate body has a stop. Delivery catheter assemblies also include a capsule interconnected to the catheter with the elongate body, the capsule including a reservoir. A fluid path extends from the lumen to the reservoir, within the capsule. A prosthesis is loaded within the capsule. Methods can include delivering the capsule though a patient's vasculature to a treatment site and directing fluid in a direction from the lumen, over the elongate body and into the reservoir to cause the capsule to advance with respect to the catheter, at least partially unsheathing the prosthesis, until the stop restricts further movement of the capsule and prevents further fluid from being transferred from the lumen to the reservoir.

The processing circuitry may also be configured to control an implantable medical device to deliver the first electric field from a first electrode combination of implanted electrodes and control the implantable medical device to deliver, alternating with the first electric field, the second electric field from a second electrode combination of implanted electrodes different than the first electrode combination.

The hemostatic agent is selected from epinephrine, tranexamic acid, chitosan and oxidized regenerated cellulose. In some embodiments, systems and methods are disclosed.

Such electrical activity may be used to generate one or more cardiac signals of the patient over time. The computing apparatus may detect a pacing artifact in the one or more cardiac signals and determine whether to account for, and account for, the pacing artifact based on a pacing artifact characteristic of the pacing artifact when producing electrical heterogeneity information.
