    Abstract: The invention concerns transparent or translucent oil-in-water type microemulsions comprising an oil phase, substantially composed of components which are not readily volatile, and an aqueous phase, and containing one or a plurality of polyethoxylated oil-in-water emulsifiers and/or one or a plurality of polypropoxylated oil-in-water emulsifiers and/or one or a plurality of polyethoxylated and polypropoxylated oil-in-water emulsifiers. The microemulsions optionally further comprise one or a plurality of water-in-oil emulsifiers and contain less than 20 wt % emulsifiers relative to the total weight of the emulsion. The microemulsions are prepared by bringing a mixture of the basic components, comprising an aqueous phase, an oil phase, one or a plurality of the oil-in-water emulsifiers according to the invention, optionally one or a plurality of water-in-oil emulsifiers, and optionally further auxiliary, additive and/or active substances, to a temperature within or outside the phase-inversion temperature range, and then cooling the mixture to ambient temperature.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for repairing damage (2) to constructions in particular to pipelines (1) or ducts, wherein the damage (2) is temporarily at least mostly sealed to the environment by means of a repair device (3) and a mineral-based injected agent (17) introduced to the damaged point (2) and a corresponding two-component injected agent (17).
