    Abstract: The hybrid mounting (10) is intended for an electronic circuit of which the terminals have to be connected to a printed circuit board or the like. In order to obtain an hybrid mounting (10) of reduced dimensions and a low loss ratio during the production process, the mounting is comprised of two separated plate-shaped substrates which include electronic components and which are arranged back to back one against the other. The substrates are electrically connected by means of U-shaped metal contact parts at contact points arranged on at least one side (10a) on edges of those substrates arranged at a same level.

    Abstract: The electronic components of an electrical switching and control apparatus (10) are arranged on a hybrid board (11) which is connected with plug contacts (14). To achieve a compact, extremely simple design in which the heat losses at the output components (13) of the hybrid circuit (11) are dissipated, the flat areas (14b) of the plug contacts (14) inside the housing of the device lie against the rear face of the hybrid board (11) to which the output components (13) are contiguously secured. The ends (14c) of the contact parts (14) are in direct contact with the connectors (12) of the hybrid board (11). An apparatus of this type is suitable for switching and control applications and is particularly advantageous when used in motor vehicles.

    Abstract: Electric switchgear (10) with at least one power component (12) in a fully-insulated casing (14), and provided with a heat sink (21) and connection pieces (14) emerging from the casing (14). To evacuate to the outside the heat generated in the power components (12) through the connection elements (13) the heat sink (21) is connected over a large contact surface with several connection elements (13) in order to transfer the heat, while ensuring electrical insulation. The invention can be used generally in order to dissipate heat from electrical equipment with a fully insulated casing and preferably in motor vehicles, where it is subjected to exacting requirements owing to the presence of dirt and damp.
