Abstract: A high-pressure fuel injection accumulator distributor for an automobile, wherein a pipe mounting holder for mounting a fuel distribution pipe is joined to the body of the accumulator distributor by liquid-phase diffusion welding. The holder comprises a cylindrical part on the pipe side and a partially conical skirt part at the rail body side end part. The holder skirt part is formed in such a shape that expands in a partial conical shape toward a joining face side. A rail body comprises a guide groove for determining a holder joining position. The guide groove comprises a groove inner peripheral wall with a diameter allowed to fit to the inner periphery of the joining part of the holder, a groove bottom face forming a joining face the holder, and a partially conical groove outer peripheral wall positioned parallel with the holder skirt part, having a depth of 2 mm or more from the groove bottom face, and an inwardly extended to the holder side. A metal ring is press-fitted, by elastic deformation, into a clearance of 0.5 mm or more formed parallel with the joining surface between the holder skirt part and the groove outer peripheral wall.

Abstract: A liquid phase diffusion welding method for a metallic part capable of increasing the quality and productivity of a joint part by achieving the shortage of welding time, the uniformization of welding structure, and increases in the tensile strength and fatigue strength of a joint to increase the quality and reliability thereof. An amorphous alloy foil for liquid phase diffused welding is disposed on the fusion face of a metal material. As a primary welding, the amorphous alloy foil and the metal material are fused and press-welded to each other by a resistance welding to form the joint part. As a second welding, the joint part is re-heated to the melting point of the amorphous alloy foil or higher and then the temperature is maintained until the solidification of the joint part is completed.
