    Abstract: 摘 要本发明的高强度聚焦超声治疗装置具有通常的超声换能器、图像采集装置、用于驱动超声换能器的驱动单元以及使超声换能器和图像采集装置移动的运动机构。另外,该高强度聚焦超声治疗装置还具有:信号处理单元,与图像采集装置连接,在治疗前接收并存储靶区原始图像,在高强度聚焦超声治疗过程中的某一特定时刻,接收并存储靶区图像,并根据所存储的治疗前图像和治疗后图像来判断治疗效果;以及控制单元,分别与信号处理单元、驱动单元和运动机构连接,当信号处理单元判断已达到治疗要求时,控制驱动单元和运动机构,使超声换能器停止工作,当信号处理单元判断还没有达到治疗要求时,控制驱动单元和运动机构,使超声换能器继续工作。

    Abstract: The invention relates to an ultrasound therapy system, and more particularly to a focused ultrasound therapy device, which uses an image alignment and fusion method to guide the therapy. The therapy system provided by the invention comprises central control means, ultrasound energy application means, moving and locating means for ultrasound energy application means, real-time B-type ultrasound image guiding means. Moreover, the inventive system also has patient's posture fixing means, with the aid of which a real-time B-type ultrasound image is aligned with a diagnostic image, and on the basis of the alignment the B-­type ultrasound image and the diagnostic image are fused so as to guide the therapy. Compared to the known scheme in the art, the invention is effective and has low cost to resolve the high-intensity ultrasound focused therapy, and more particularly for the difficult tumor therapy problem it provides a very practical scheme, which can be easily used in clinical tumor therapies.
