    Abstract: The present application provides a two-component adhesive composition. Specifically, the two-component adhesive composition comprises 1.5-18 parts by weight of an epoxy resin, an effective amount of a peroxide oxidant, an effective amount of a reducing agent, 22-37 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate, 4-15 parts by weight of tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate and/or propoxylated tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate, and 8-19 parts by weight of a free radical reactive acrylate oligomer, wherein the two-component adhesive composition comprises a part A and a part B, the part A comprises the peroxide oxidant, the part B comprises the reducing agent, and the epoxy resin, methyl methacrylate, tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate and/or propoxylated tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate and the free radical reactive acrylate oligomer exist in one or two of the part A and the part B. The two-component adhesive composition has good bonding performance to polybutylene terephthalate composite materials and metal materials (especially aluminum materials).

    Abstract: The present application provides a two-component adhesive composition. Specifically, based on the total weight of the two-component adhesive composition as 100 wt.%, the two-component adhesive composition comprises 1.5-16 wt.% of an epoxy resin, 1.5-4 wt.% of a peroxide oxidant, 0.4-2 wt.% of a reducing agent, 0.5-6.5 wt.% of methacrylic acid, 21-40 wt.% of methyl methacrylate, 2-9 wt.% of 3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexyl acrylate, and 7-33 wt.% of an acrylate oligomer, wherein the two-component adhesive composition comprises a part A and a part B, the part A comprises the peroxide oxidant, the part B comprises the reducing agent, and the epoxy resin, methacrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, 3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexyl acrylate and the acrylate oligomer exist in one or two of the part A and the part B. The two-component adhesive composition has good bonding performance to nylon composite materials and metal materials (especially aluminum materials).

    Abstract: The present invention provides a two-component thermally conductive adhesive composition and a two-component thermally conductive gap-filling glue. The composition comprises: 8-38 wt% of an acrylate monomer or a combination of an acrylate monomer and an acrylate oligomer, with a glass transition temperature ranging from -80°C to -10°C; 0.2-4 wt% of a peroxide oxidant; 0.05-1 wt% of a peroxide decomposition promoter; and 60-90 wt% of a thermally conductive filler, wherein the two-component thermally conductive adhesive composition comprises Part A and Part B. Part A comprises a peroxide oxidant and Part B comprises a peroxide decomposition promoter; the acrylate monomer, or the combination of the acrylate monomer and the acrylate oligomer, and the thermally conductive filler exist in one or both of Part A and Part B. The products of the two-component thermally conductive adhesive composition and the two-component thermally conductive gap-filling glue after curing have a high elongation-at-break, high thermal conductivity and low bonding strength to aluminum metal surfaces, and are suitable for use as a thermally conductive gap-filling material in the battery pack module of an electro-mobile.

    Abstract: A high voltage capacitor for a voltage divider is described that is configured to sense an elevated voltage for medium and high voltage electrical distribution networks. The high voltage capacitor comprises a high voltage electrode, a measurement electrode, and an dielectric material disposed between the high voltage and measurement electrodes, wherein the dielectric material comprises first and second dielectric fillers disposed in an insulating polymer matrix such that the change in capacitance of the dielectric does not vary by more than +/- 0.5% in the temperature range of –30°C to 60°C and the high voltage capacitor has a withstand voltage of at least 50 kV.
