    摘要: A duct of fibre material and binder agent, at least two fold lines are present lengthwise for providing a foldability of the duct by weakened material along the fold lines. The duct is pushable into a folded state and the material remembers the original shape and return to its original shape when released from a folded state. A method of manufacturing a duct: applying a web of origin fibre material with binder agent to a core and compressing the web by an outside form under the influence of heat against the core, wherein the core and/or the outside form is provided with a number of lengthwise ridges corresponding to the desired number of fold lines, to a third of the original thickness of the sides and at the ridges a tenth to a twentieth of the original thickness, and in that the fibre and binder agent web weighs 1,5-3kg/m 2 .

A method of manufacturing a ventilation duct having a fibre layer (2) and an inner layer (3) of steel foil, wherein a binder solution is sprayed on the fibre layer, whereafter the fibre layer is compressed into a duct shape, having an elongated flow space (4), under heated conditions so that water in the binder solution evaporates, and bringing the inner layer into the flow space of the duct, which inner layer seals the flow space of the duct from the fibre layer.

    摘要: A ventilation duct consists of a refractory fibre material and binder agent and has longitudinal wall sections (1-5, 9) and longitudinal fold- or joint lines (7) located there between. According to the invention, the wall sections (1-5) between the fold- or joint lines (7), have longitudinal, thickened and outwardly bulging portions (17), in which longitudinal rigidifying elements (8) are disposed. A method of manufacturing the ventilation duct comprises the steps that the duct is manufactured in the planar, spread-out state, that the wall sections (9) which are located along opposing edges of the spread-out duct, are given a configuration which corresponds the configuration of half of the other wall sections (1-5), whereby the duct, after raising to the intended configuration, is given a longitudinal joint (10) where the half wall sections (11, 12) meet one another.
