摘要： The invention concerns a method for producing gypsum boards, wherein a liquefier for the gypsum slurry is foamed with a gas to provide a foam having a water content of less than 85 wt.-%, then incorporated into a gypsum/water mixture and the mixture thus obtained is applied on a two dimensional substrate. The incorporation of the liquefier in foamed form allows for a significant reduction of the amount of liquefier required to provide a desired flowability of the gypsum/ water mixture, thus allowing the production of gypsum boards with similar characteristics with less liquefier. The invention further concerns gypsum board prepared using this process, apparatuses for producing gypsum boards using this process and the use of a corresponding liquefier foam to minimize the amount of liquefier required to establish a desired flowability of a gypsum/water mixture.

摘要： The invention pertains to a method for stabilizing stucco wherein - a fresh stucco is provided; - water is added to the fresh stucco to obtain moistened stucco, and - the moistened stucco is maintained at a temperature of at least 30 °C for a time interval of at least 30 minutes to obtain a stabilized stucco. The process allows inter alia for an easy adjustment of the activity of the stabilized stucco, which is useful to e.g. adjust setting time of a corresponding stucco slurry. The invention further pertains to a method for producing gypsum plasterboards, wherein a stabilized stucco obtained with the above method is used.

摘要： The present invention is concerned with plasterboards comprising at least two layers A and B of different composition, wherein layer A comprises a calcium sulfate binder and a synthetic polymer foam and the layer B comprises a calcium sulfate binder and a surfactant foam and wherein the at least one layer A is a surface layer. Improved nail pull resistance can be achieved in lightweight plasterboards, if foamed synthetic polymer is present in a surface layer.
