Abstract:
The invention relates to a tubular motor (20) adapted to drive a roller (DR), on which sliding or roll-up shutters (TP), roller blinds, or the like, as typically used in connection with windows and doors, can be rolled up, comprising a head (22) and a tubular body (24). The head in turn comprises a first gear ring (G1 ) mounted externally and in a rotatable manner on said head, so as to be able to receive rotary motion from the roller, and provided with a first toothing (TH1), and a second gear ring (G2) mounted internally in said head and provided with a second toothing (TH2), wherein said second toothing is operatively connected with said first toothing, and said second gear ring is operatively connected with an end-of- travel or stop device (S) provided inside the head, so as to be able to transmit a rotary motion corresponding to the rotation of the roller to said device. In view of reducing the size of the gear motor and cutting costs, said first and second toothings extend along circumferences that have different diameters.
Abstract:
Described is a power-supply device (60) for energizing a tubular motor reducer, or gearmotor, of a drive system (20) for roll-up shutters (TP), roller blinds, and the like, as typically used in connection with windows and doors, comprising sliding contacts (66) alternating with insulating members (68), all of them stacked upon each other, and a casing (70, 80) for containing the stack of alternating sliding contacts and insulating members. In view of reducing part count and simplifying assembly, the body of said containment casing (70, 80) and/or an element (66, 68) of said stack comprises at least one elastically flexible member (78) integrally therewith, said at least one elastically flexible member being adapted to be in a compressed state when the device is assembled and, as a result, to exert an elastic reaction onto the stack so as to keep all component parts thereof constantly packed together and in tight contact with each other.
Abstract:
End-of-travel device (10) for roller blind actuating systems, comprising a member (22) displaceable as far as an end-of-travel position (26), coupling means (20) in engagement with the displaceable member (22) and rotationally actuated by a motor, and lever means (40) for converting the displacement of the displaceable member (22) into activation of an end-of- travel switch (60). The lever means (40) comprise a movable member (50) pivotably hinged on a frame and engageable with pressure by the displaceable member (22) when its reaches the end-of-travel position (26). The member (50) can be engaged with an actuating member (58) of the switch (60) where an actuating member of the switch (60) is positioned radially with respect to the axis of displacement of the member (22).
Abstract:

Abstract:
A gearmotor for shutters is described comprising a rotating pin on the outer side surface of which a pulley can be fitted. The rotating pin is provided with a locking element which can be operated by a user and which is mobile between a first locked position in which it retains the pulley and a second release position in which it does not retain it and whereby it can be removed from the pin. The locking element is suitable for moving between said first and second position after a rotation.
