An example method includes calculating a slot length for each UL slot of a plurality of UL slots, the slot length for each UL slot being associated with a plurality of rate matching output bits, each UL slot including a starting point for the plurality of rate matching output bits, the slot length for each UL slot being associated with a starting boundary, the plurality of UL slots being associated with at least one of a single TB or a single rate matching. The example method may include allocating one or more bits of the plurality of rate matching output bits for a modulation process. The example method may include refraining allocating at least one bit of the plurality of rate matching output bits for the modulation process, the at least one bit corresponding to UCI multiplexing.

    摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a transmitting device may perform a pre-distortion of a signal on a resource allocation for the signal and using discrete Fourier transform (DFT)-domain processing. For example, the transmitting device may perform a first frequency-domain (FD) to time-domain (TD) transform, which may be an example of an inverse DFT (IDFT), on a first set of FD symbols to obtain a first set of TD samples. A size of the first FD to TD transform may be based on the resource allocation for the signal. The transmitting device may perform a crest factor reduction (CFR) function on the first set of TD samples to pre-distort the signal in the TD (e.g., in the IDFT domain), which may enable the transmitting device to avoid out-of-band (OOB) emission or otherwise have greater control over where the pre-distortion contributes energy.

In an example, a UE may scheduling a HARQ message and a CSI message on a first slot for transmission on a PUCCH to a network entity based on a SPS configuration, wherein the first slot is configured in a first slot format; determining whether the first slot format of the slot changes to a second slot format prior to transmission of the HARQ message and the CSI message on the PUCCH; forgoing transmission of the CSI message based on the determination that the first slot format of the first slot changes to the second slot format; and rescheduling the HARQ message on a second slot for transmission on the PUCCH to the network entity based on the determination that the first slot format of the slot changes to the second slot format.
