    摘要: A photosensitive pixel includes a photosensor, an accumulation portion and a readout portion. The photosensor outputs a signal indicative of the intensity of incident light. The accumulation portion performs gated accumulation of the photosensor output signal over a sequence of time intervals. The gated accumulation timing is controlled by a gating control signal. The readout portion reads out the accumulated output. The photosensor and the accumulation portion are individually resettable in accordance with respective control signals, which are timed in accordance with the sequence of time intervals.
