    摘要: The invention relates to a method for surface treatment of a doctor blade element made of a steel alloy, especially austenitic steel, for coating devices. According to the invention, the doctor blade element is subjected to a gas-plasma assisted treatment wherein the gas plasma contains nitrogen and carbon compounds and at least one noble gas, preferably argon. During the treatment, foreign metal foreign ions, especially titanium and molybdenum, are implanted directly in the steel surface of the doctor blade element.
