摘要: The present invention relates to a manually operated treadmill and methods of using the same. The manually operated treadmill comprises a treadmill frame having a front end and a rear end opposite the front end; a running belt supported on the treadmill frame and having a running surface upon which a user of the treadmill may run; at least one support member adapted to support the running belt relative to the treadmill frame; and a force translation system adapted to convert force generated by user into rotation of the running belt relative to the treadmill frame.

摘要: Systems and methods described herein relate to a centrifuge. The centrifuge includes a housing or cover defining a hollow cavity, a turbine assembly rotatably mounted within the hollow cavity, an indicator at least partially provided on an outside surface of the cover, wherein the indicator includes a sensor coupled to an indicator or alarm system, and at least one magnet provided on the turbine assembly. The indicator is configured to sense, by the sensor, rotation of the turbine assembly via the at least one magnet, determine rotations per minute (RPM) of the turbine based on the sensed rotation, and activate an indicator or alarm system in response to the RPM of the turbine being below a prescribed number.

摘要: A treadmill for providing walking rehabilitation to a rehabilitee is provided. The treadmill includes a base including a belt, a motor interconnected with the belt, and a walking rehabilitation device interconnected with the base. The motor causes the belt to rotate in a first direction. The walking rehabilitation device includes a user engagement structure configured to be removably secured to one or more locations of a rehabilitee's extremities. The walking rehabilitation device further includes a transmission interconnecting the motor and the user engagement structure, the transmission transferring motion from the motor to the rehabilitee via the user engagement structure, allowing the rehabilitee to walk along the belt.
