Abstract:
Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention is a corner unloader (30) for a warewasher (10). The corner unloader (30) includes a frame (32) defining a corner having an inlet end (16) and a discharge end (18); a pivoting carriage (50) mounted within the frame (32); the carriage (50) comprising at least two spokes (56) and a bracket (60) interconnecting the spokes (56); a plurality of pusher elements (62) pivotally mounted to the bracket (60); a drive arm (80) for providing motion to and driving the carriage (50); such that retraction of the drive arm (80) causes the carriage to rotate in a counterclockwise direction and causes the pusher elements (62) to advance any racks (12) received on the carriage (50) from the inlet end (16) in a direction toward the discharge end (18) of the unloader (30) and extension of theorize arm causes the carriage to rotate in a clockwise direction and the pusher elements (62) pivot under the racks (12), whereby repeatedly extending and retracting of the carriage (50) pushes racks (12) through the unloader (30) from the inlet end (16) to the discharge end (18).
Abstract:
The time control of the working procedure of a continuous dish-washer implies a saving of energy thanks to a dividing of the procedure into parts of treatment which only last as long as dish goods are treated. The parts of treatment are controlled by timers provided with control circuits and zero setting circuits for adjusting the time of operation, elimination of disturbances caused by interruptions, zero setting by the input of dish goods etc.
Abstract:
Device for washing up trays (1) in a dishwasher (8), wherein the trays before being washed up are brought from a horizontal position on a first conveyor to a vertical position hanging one after the other in a second conveyor (2), wherein the second conveyor is endless, after which the trays are once again brought into a horizontal position and released from the second conveyor (2) and transferred to a third endless conveyor (6) arranged with carrier means. The invention is characterised in that the dishwasher (8) comprises an endless fourth conveyor (9), arranged with protrusions (10) projecting out from the conveyor (9), in that there is formed a compartment for a tray (1) between each pair of protrusions (10) in the transport direction of the conveyor (9), in that the exit end (12) of the third, carrier means-provided, conveyor (6) is arranged to meet the entrance end (13) of the fourth conveyor (9), in that the third, carrier means-provided, conveyor (6) and the fourth conveyor (9) are synchronized so that a tray (1) lying on the third conveyor at the exit end of this conveyor is tipped down into one of the compartments (14) of the fourth conveyor and is transported by the fourth conveyor (9) through the dishwasher.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A conveyor dishwasher (1) having at least one wash zone (10, 11.1, 11.2, 12) and at least one final rinse zone (13) and also having a conveyor apparatus (2) for conveying washware (100, 101, 102, 103) through the at least one wash zone (10, 11.1, 11.2, 12) and the at least one final rinse zone (13). In order to make the entire washing and rinsing process more efficient, provision is made for the conveyor apparatus (2) to have a first conveyor belt (50) for trays or tray-like washware (100) and a second conveyor belt (51), which runs parallel to the first conveyor belt (50), for other washware (101, 102, 103), with the first conveyor belt (50) having a width which is reduced in comparison to the second conveyor belt (51) in such a way that a tray or a tray-like item (100) of washware can be held by the first conveyor belt (50) only when it is in a state in which it is placed on edge and is oriented parallel to the conveying direction (T).
Abstract:
A conveyor-type warewash machine includes a housing through which racks of wares are passed along a conveyance path for cleaning. A rack drive system includes a rack engaging structure that moves back and forth in first and second directions. When moving in the first direction, the rack engaging structure moves an adjacent rack forward along the conveyance path. When moving in the second direction, the rack engaging structure leaves the adjacent rack substantially stationary. The drive system is configured to move the rack engaging structure in the first direction at a first average speed and to move the rack engaging structure in the second direction at a second average speed. The second average speed is faster than the first average speed so that the adjacent rack spends more time moving forward than being stationary. A seal assembly may be provided about a drive shaft of the drive system.
