Außerdem sind eine Steuereinheit (17) zum Steuern der Verteilereinheit (15) und eine Detektionseinnchtung (27) zur Detektion einer Schaumbildung in der Spülflüssigkeit vorgesehen. Bei Detektion von Schaumbildung in der Spülflüssigkeit wird die Verteilereinheit (15) derart angesteuert, dass sich ein im Vergleich zu einem aktuellen Volumenstrom verringerter Volumenstrom der Spülflüssigkeit einstellt.
