A laminate comprising a first nonwoven layer comprising a plurality of apertures and a second nonwoven layer is provided. One of the first and second nonwoven layers is a pre-strained layer and is joined to the other one of the first and second nonwoven layers. The other one of the first and second nonwoven layers is a non-pre-strained layer. The pre-strained layer and the non-pre-strained layer together form a three-dimensional laminate.

A laminate comprises a first layer comprising a plurality of lower opacity zones positioned within a higher opacity zone is provided. The plurality of lower opacity zones form a first pattern. The laminate comprises a second layer comprising a second pattern. The laminate comprises a non-joined span of the first and second layers having a dimension of at least about 20 mm. A first portion of the second pattern is visible through at least some of the plurality of lower opacity zones when the first layer, within the non-joined span, is in a first position relative to the second layer, within the non-joined span. A second portion of the second pattern is visible through at least some of the plurality of lower opacity zones when the first layer, within the non-joined span, is in a second position relative to the first layer, within the non-joined span.

The colour coding is present on the primary package and on the adhesive tape fastener (26) of the individual wrapper (28). The user can associate the colour coding with the functional characteristics (12, 14, 16, 18) of the absorbent articles without opening the individual wrapper. An elegant and aesthetic packaging system for feminine hygiene article is provided without additional costs.

The package further comprises one or more second articles disposed in the interior storage space wherein at least one of the one or more second articles is an enclosed pouch having a wipe article disposed therein. At least one of the one or more second articles is joined to at least one of the one or more first articles. The package still further comprises one or more sensory cues on the package, wherein the one or more sensory cues on the package relate to indicia on the one or more second articles. The one or more sensory cues on the package also relate to the wipe article.

The present invention provides a package (100) for holding and dispensing absorbent personal care articles (10) . The package has a plurality absorbent personal care articles and a plurality packaging components (110) . Each of the packaging components has a compartment, a fixed end (114) and a free end (116) . Each fixed end is connected directly or indirectly to at least one other fixed end of another packaging component and each free end of a given packaging component is opposed to the fixed end. The compartment of each packaging component has at least one absorbent personal care article placed within the compartment. The package of the present invention may optionally have a cover (130) to further protect the packaging components and absorbent articles contained therein. Other features provided in the package of the present invention include a fastening means which allow the package to remain in a closed position. The fastening means also provides a way to hang the package on a door or a wall, as well as to secure the package within a cabinet drawer.
