摘要: An iliac branch device includes an iliac septum limb configured to be deployed in the common iliac artery. The iliac septum limb includes a graft material, a proximal end, and a septum. The graft material defines a common iliac lumen extending between the proximal end and the septum, the graft material and the septum defining an internal iliac lumen and an external iliac lumen. The iliac branch device including the iliac septum limb has several modes of adjustability. In addition, the iliac branch device has a relatively small cross-sectional area allowing the iliac branch device to treat relatively small iliac aneurysms in short common iliac arteries. This allows the iliac aneurysms to be treated at very early stages of the disease.

摘要: A system for endoluminal delivery of a medical device, wherein the medical device includes a bifurcated stent graft having a trunk, a first leg and a second leg shorter than the first leg. The system includes a sheath having a tubular wall having a cylindrical inner surface defining a lumen for receiving the stent graft therein to constrain the stent graft toward a delivery configuration suitable for endoluminal delivery, and a generally cylindrical core member extending through the lumen. The core member has a first annular surface for engaging an end of the first leg. The core has a second annular surface for engaging an end of the second leg while at least the end of the second leg remains constrained by the sheath.

摘要: Disclosed is a side branch vessel device, which is placed in the side branch vessel before the deployment of a stent graft in the main vessel. The side branch vessel device either comprises means to create a fenestration in the stent graft when deployed, or otherwise, such means are introduced adjacent thereto. Once the stent graft is deployed, the side branch vessel device is transformed to an opened configuration, which aids in holding the fenestration at the point where the side branch vessel branches off from the main vessel.
