Systems and methods disclosed herein include receiving first data sent over a first wireless communication channel from a first inertial sensor positioned in or on a first shoe worn by a user, wherein the first data are generated when the user performs a fundamental movement; identifying a first phase of the fundamental movement by finding a match, within a first tolerance, between a portion of the first data and data characteristic of the first phase; comparing a feature from the portion of the first data to a corresponding feature from a pre-established signature associated with the first phase; and when the comparison yields a result that falls outside a pre-established threshold range, displaying an indication that the feature from the portion of the first data is uncharacteristic.
Abstract:
A multimedia crossbar system for goal posts of different spots. The system includes a goal frame, a net, a rear net frame, a multimedia bar, and a transparent display screen. The goal frame includes a front crossbar, a first post, and a second post to yield a U-shape. The rear net frame holds up the net behind the goal frame and includes a rear crossbar, a first rear post, and a second rear post. The multimedia bar includes a support bar, a plurality of lights, a plurality of speakers, and a plurality of sponsor display panels for audiovisual entertainment around the goal frame. The support bar is mounted to the rear crossbar and support the lights, speakers, and the sponsor display panels. The transparent display screen provides another visual medium for advertisement and other similar content. The transparent display screen is positioned and perimetrically connected within the rear net frame.

Systems and methods for prescribing athletic activity to be performed by a user, and for adapting the prescribed athletic activity based on completed (e.g. ongoing) athletic performances by the user. A coaching plan may be automatically created that prescribes personalized athletic activities as a user trains towards a goal date. The athletic information may be received from one or more sensor devices associated with a user, and the coaching plan may be continuously or intermittently updated based on the received sensor data.

An exercise treadmill is disclosed. The treadmill can be constructed with no obstructing front rails, with one or more side rails, and/or with a structural flat or ramped surface at the front allowing the user to exercise with unconstrained motion. The treadmill can further include one or more accommodations to help the user stay safe, remain longitudinally centered, and/or adjust speed with controls built into the treadmill, or automatically based on body position relative to sensors built into the side rails. The treadmill belt may be motor driven, or be user driven and dynamically moderated by resistance. The treadmill configuration can be utilized to provide a virtualized exercise experience for the user.

A vertically adjustable double end bag system includes a double end bag connected to a tether. The tether may be a continuous cord o two connected cords, and may be flexible or substantially fixed length. The double end bag includes an adjuster mechanism for selectively positioning the bag. A support, such as may be connected to a door or other upright fixture or as may be free-standing via a base, connects to and suspends the tether.
