The motors are drivingly connected to the plate by means of at least one cam barrel. This invention relates to a machine tool having a work mounting table. According to the conventional techniques, a work is cut with one machine tool, and a groove is then formed in one flat end surface of the work by another machine tool. In this process, it is necessary that the work be removed from one machine tool and set on another. This invention has been developed so as to eliminate these drawbacks. A body (1) of a machine tool is provided with a work mounting table (2). This table (2) is provided with a rotary table (3). In order to machine the work, the work is set on the rotary table (3). In order to subject the work to a process other than a machining process, the work is set on the table (2). In the latter case, the work can also be set on the table (2) and rotary table (3) as necessary so that the work extends over both of them.

본 발명은 가공물 위치고정장치에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 가공대상물의 위치고정구조를 개선하여 위치고정 과정에서 가공대상물의 형상변형을 방지하면서도 안정적이고 정확한 위치고정이 이루어질 있도록 함에 따라 가공불량 발생을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 기술에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은, 적어도 일측 테두리 양측에 체결공이 형성되어 있는 가공대상물의 위치고정장치에 있어서, 회전구동부와, 회전구동부와 연결되어 회전 가능하고 가공대상물의 후측에 위치하고 있는 회전판과, 체결공과 마주한 상태로 위치하되 일단부가 회전판의 전측면에 연결된 상태에서 전측을 향해 돌출되어 있고 타단부가 체결공에 삽입되어 있는 거치바, 그리고 회전판의 전측면에 연결되어 있고 가공대상물의 전측면에 분리 가능하도록 접촉되어 있는 위치고정부를 포함한다.

Die vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft einen Rundschalttisch mit einem TeIler, der in eine Antriebsnut einer Kurventrommel eingreifende Mitnehmer aufweist, wobei der Teller über die Kurventrommel zu einer Drehbewegung um eine Drehachse antreibbar ist, die ihrerseits von einem Motor zu einer Drehbewegung um ihre Längsachse antreibbar ist, und wobei der Motor die Kurventrommel direkt antreibt.

The present invention relates to a rotary table structure for a machine tool. The rotary table structure includes: a plunger disposed to pass through a palette plate supporting a palette so as to protrude, the plunger moved by the palette; a detection sensor detecting the plunger; a cylinder disposed on a side of the palette plate; a piston disposed to be slidably movable along an inner wall of the cylinder; a piston rod coupled to the palette plate; a slider disposed on a side of the piston so as to extend; and a guide member slidably supporting the slider. Thus, the structure of the table may be simply improved and also prevent a palette detection unit from interfering with other components to stably lift the palette.

Ein Werkstückwechsel (21) für eine Werkzeugmaschine mit einer Werkzeugspindel, in die Werkzeuge zur Bearbeitung von Werkstücken einspannbar sind, weist zwei parallel zueinander angeordnete Räder (23, 24) auf, die um eine Drehachse (25) in zumindest zwei Winkelposition drehbar sind. Ferner sind zwischen den Rädern (23, 24) zwei Schwenktische (26, 27) zum Aufspannen von Werkstücken angeordnet und an den Rädern (23, 24) jeweils um eine Schwenkachse (28, 29) schwenkbar gelagert, die parallel zu der Drehachse (25) verläuft. In jeder Winkelposition befindet sich einer der Schwenktische (26, 27) in seiner Arbeitsposition, in der aufgespannte Werkstücke mit den Werkzeugen bearbeitbar sind. Die beiden Räder (23, 24) sind an ihrem Rand (50) gelagert.
