Abstract: To assist in the reuse and repurposing of packaging and others materials, the present disclosure provides an integrated label remover that allows for quick and easy removal of media (e.g., labels, UPC codes) from a box or other packaging material (e.g., a protective envelope). The label remover utilizes a micro blade to score or cut around the label and a larger lifting blade that allows a user to easily detach the edge of the media for removal. The micro blade can cut to a micro layer thickness while preserving the integrity of the box.
