Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich allgemein auf die Herstellung von Formlingen, insbesondere von Ziegelformlingen in der Keramik verarbeitenden Industrie. Dabei bezieht sich die vorliegende Erfindung auf eine Vorrichtung zum Erzeugen von Konturen an Formlingen (8) aus plastisch verformbarem Material, mit einem Schneidedrahtrahmen (25), in dem ein oder mehrere beabstandete Schneidedrähte (28) gehalten ist bzw. sind, und einer Greifeinrichtung (32) zum Greifen der Formlinge (8), wobei der Schneidedrahtrahmen (25) und/oder die Greifeinrichtung (32), zum Erzeugen von Konturen an den gegriffenen Formlingen (8) durch den bzw. die Schneidedrähte (28), im Verhältnis zueinander bewegbar ist bzw. sind. Die Greifeinrichtung (32) kann dabei Teil einer Umsetzeinrichtung sein, zum Umsetzen der Formlinge (8) von einer ersten Transporteinrichtung (7) auf eine zweite Transporteinrichtung (10), wobei die Umsetzeinrichtung vorteilhaft einen Industrieroboter (9) oder einen Kran aufweist.

Device for rounding off the longitudinal edges of heavy clay products during the production phase, particularly, but not exclusively, for extruded bent tiles. It includes profiling tools having a curved contact surface, which is a replica of the rounded edge surface that has to be obtained on the final product and also a flat or curved cutting surface that intersects the first one creating a curved cutting edge. Such tools also have a grove, almost parallel to the cutting wire, by which the cutting wire passes inside. To keep the correct working position, the tools lean against the processed element, with a certain adjustable pressure, by means of a force-controlled driving system. The driving system can either be a fluid powered or mechanic or electronic system.

Procédé de fabrication d'une plaque à base de liant tel que plâtre, ciment ou autre: il comprend les étapes consistant à : a) mélanger une composition destinée à former le corps de plaque avec de l'eau; b) déposer le mélange sur un support défilant, lequel est entraîné en continu par un convoyeur à bande, ledit mélange traversant un extrudeur formant une plaque, ledit extrudeur étant soumis à vibrations; c) découper la plaque obtenue au moins à longueur. The cutting device has two cutter components. It is especially suitable for split plain tiles. The cutter carriers (25) may be pivoted into their inoperative and operative positions. Each cutter (25) is connected to a spindle (29, 30), the spindles being arranged coaxially (40) one within the other. Thus the cutter carriers pivot about the same axis (40) at the same time in the manner of scissors. The cutter carriers (25) are forked and the cutters (26) are in the form of wires and interchangeable. This cutting device is permanently installed on the extruding press belt. It is nevertheless easy to regulate, can be monitored and operates reliably.

Multilayer ceramic chip capacitors which satisfy COG requirements and which are compatible with reducing atmosphere sintering conditions so that non-noble metals such as nickel and nickel alloys thereof may be used for internal and external electrodes are made in accordance with the invention. The capacitors exhibit desirable dielectric properties (high capacitance, low dissipation factor, high insulation resistance), excellent performance on highly accelerated life testing, and very good resistance to dielectric breakdown. The present invention refers to a method of chamfering panels with a core encased in a liner and a device for chamfering panels with a core encased in a liner. In the method according to the invention the previously cut panel (1) is cut on the side by a disk (5), mounted at an angle (alpha), to avoid damage to outer liner layers, and then an adhesive is introduced into the longitudinal slit being cut at an angle, and the slit is pressed over the width until both slit areas are joined, forming a permanent one-sided longitudinal surface indentation having a width close to the cut width, and a depth close to the thickness of the slit. The device according to the invention is provided with a panel guide (1) with guiding rolls (2) and a locking slit (3) having an adjustable width, and a rotary cutting disk (5), mounted at an angle (alpha) and driven, advantageously by a flexible shaft (6), with adjustable inclination at an angle (alpha) and, advantageously with adjustable rotation speed, a slit opening tool and an adhesive dispenser and an assembly of interconnected pinch rolls of adjustable pressure.
