Abstract: Bei einem Verfahren zum Herstellen von Verpackungsbeuteln (30) aus Kunststofffolie wird ein am einen Ende des Verpackungsbeutels (30) angeordneter Abschnitt des Verpackungsbeutels als Faltabschnitt (21 ) entlang einer quer verlaufenden Faltlinie (22) nach oben umgefaltet und mit dem Verpackungsbeutel (30) verklebt. Vor dem Umfalten wird ein Klebstoff auf wenigstens eine der beiden zu verklebenden Flächen aufgetragen. Als Klebstoff wird ein Heisskleber verwendet. Erfindungsgemäss wird der Klebstoff in Form einer Mehrzahl von Klebstoffabschnitten (25,...,29, 125) annähernd zeitgleich aufgetragen.
