The stripping device also includes at least one stripping component being rotatably mountable about a distal end of the second component, and having at least one stripping surface being positioned, shaped and sized for stripping-off the scrap portion from the cut-out section of the sheet of material in combination with a stripping pin of the jig assembly as the stripping pin passes through the cut-out section of the sheet of material to be stripped off.
