摘要： 방열복합재 및 이의 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 방열복합재는 방열필러를 포함하는 고분자매트릭스; 상기 고분자매트릭스와 적어도 하나의 계면을 형성하도록 배치된 금속부재; 및 상기 고분자매트릭스와 상기 금속부재 사이에 개재되고, 접착성 주제수지 및 상기 접착성 주제수지 100 중량부에 대하여 65 ~ 170 중량부로 구비되는 열전도성 필러를 포함하여 형성된 열전도성 접합부;를 포함하여 구현된다. 이에 의하면, 본 발명의 방열복합재는 이종재질 간의 접합력이 우수하고, 열전도성능 및 방열성능이 우수한 동시에 기계적 강도가 담보되어 발열원의 지지체, 외부 하우징 등으로 응용이 가능하다. 또한, 가열과 냉각이 반복되더라도 이종재질 간 수축/팽창 특성을 조절함으로써, 접합된 이종재질간 계면에서의 이격, 크랙, 박리를 방지할 수 있어서 방수성 및 내구성이 우수함에 따라서 외부의 수분, 열 등의 물리/화학적 자극에도 방열성/기계적 강도의 저하 없이 장시간 방열성능을 발현할 수 있음에 따라서 방열 및 기계적 강도가 요구되거나, 사용장소가 옥외인 경우에도 널리 응용될 수 있다.
