Abstract:
Abstract:
Abstract:
A bicycle frame adapted to support a rear wheel that defines a central plane. The frame includes a first seat stay tube that defines a side surface and has a first portion disposed on a first side of the rear wheel and a second portion having a centerline disposed substantially on the central plane. A second seat stay tube has a third portion disposed on a second side of the rear wheel opposite the first side and a first end attached to the side surface of the first seat stay tube.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a scooter having revolving footboards comprising: a head tube (210); a stem (212) rotatbly held in said head tube; a fork (211) connected to the lower end of said stem; at least one front wheel (220) rotatably connected to said fork of said stem; a handle (250) connected to the upper end of said stem; two rear tubes (240,241) connected to said head tube; two swivel rear wheels (230,231), where each of said swivel wheels is pivotally connected to the rear of one of said rear tubes; and at least two revolving footboards (260,261) which are rotatably connected on said rear tubes.
Abstract:
A bicycle assembly can include a bicycle frame that can have a head tube (25), a top tube (23) and a down tube (27). The top tube (23) and down tube (27) can be attached to the head tube (25). The head tube (25) can include at least one ledge (75) configured to fit inside either of the top and down tubes (23, 27). The top of the top tube (23) and/or the bottom of the down tube (27) can be substantially flush with the top of the head tube (25) or bottom of the head tube (25), respectively.
Abstract:
A welding method for joining a plurality of members to each other by fusion welding capable of facilitating a welding treatment and increasing a joining strength, comprising the steps of allowing the joining portion (41) of the other member to abut on a member (42) having a generally plate-like portion forming the joining portion, and applying a welding treatment (C) to the joining portion by using a specified welding means from the surface of the generally plate-like portion opposite to the surface thereof allowing the other member to abut thereon, whereby the members can be welded to each other by welding the generally plate-like portion.
Abstract:
The invention provides a method for assembling a tubular section structure, particularly a bicycle frame (1) or the like, characterised in that, in order to pre-assemble two tubular sections (2, 4) in such a way that the end tip (10) of the first section (2) engages the periphery (11) of the second section, an aperture (12) is provided at the periphery (11) of said second section, with a cross section adjusted for passing of end tip (10) of the first section (2) therethrough; a mounting end piece (13) is inserted in the inner portion of the second section (4), at least facing the aperture (12), the end piece forming a stop limiting the engagement of the end tip (10) of the first tubular section (2) into the aperture (12); and the mounting end piece (13) is lined with a filler metal (M) for joining the end piece (13) and the second section (4) and for enabling the filler metal (M) to penetrate by capillary action to the interface region (B) of said tubular sections (2, 4) so as to join them together.
