본 발명은 티엠알 로봇 자동 포장기에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은, 지대가 적층되는 프레임부와, 상기 지대의 상면에 밀착되어, 밀착된 상태의 상기 지대를 전방으로 이동시키는 이송부와, 상기 지대의 상면에 밀착되어 상기 지대의 끝부분을 상부로 들어올리는 밀착수단과, 상기 밀착수단에 의해 들어올려진 상기 지대의 하부에 배치된 지대의 끝부분을 누르는 누름수단을 포함하는 낱장분리부와, 상기 이송부에 의해 이동된 상기 지대의 입구를 벌려 상기 지대의 입구가 상부를 향해 배치되도록 하는 공급부를 포함하는 지대공급부재; 상기 지대에 내용물을 공급하는 내용물공급부재; 상기 지대 입구의 마주보도록 된 두 면이 서로 맞닿도록 하는 지대정렬부재; 상기 내용물공급부재의 하부로부터 어느 일측으로 길게 배치되고, 상부에 놓여진 상기 지대를 이송하는 컨베이어부와, 상기 지대 입구의 맞닿은 두 면을 가이드하는 가이드부를 포함하는 가이드부재; 상기 지대 입구의 맞닿은 두 면을 파지하여 상기 가이드부로 이동시키는 그립부재;를 포함하며, 상기의 구성에 따르면, 수작업에 의존하여 지대를 공급하고 지대 내에 사료를 충진하여 실링장치까지 이송하는 방식을 완전히 무인 자동화함으로써, 사료 포장작업에 있어 생산원가를 절감할 수 있고, 3D 작업환경의 인력난 해소를 해결할 수 있으며, 생산속도를 향상시킴으로써, 사료 포장의 생산성을 매우 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Abstract:
There is disclosed a bag web for packing articles in film bags provided as a contiguous web. At an opening edge, the bag web is provided with peripheral strip areas having holes intended for guide connection with guide means that can retain and guide the bags along a conveyor path through a filling station. The bag items will thus be contiguous along an upper edge, which is used for guiding. The bag webs include the film webs forming opposing front and back sides of the bag and additional film pieces disposed between the flat sides of the bag in order thereby to form side or bottom, or both side and bottom, of the bag. By such a bag web is achieved a particularly simple and rapid filling of the type with stand bottom and with folded side edges.

This invention is an apparatus that, connected to a computer program, controls the process of filling of pills in trays for medicine dispensers or pillboxes with multiple chambers. The apparatus is characterized by applying a control scanner and a precision weight for precise dispensing of the pills and by gate templates to guide the pills to selected chambers in the target pillboxes. Target chambers are automatically selected according to the pre-determined ingestion time. The pills will remain in the gate-template until the operator has conducted a visual inspection and/or performed a semi-automatic camera control to verify that the pills are properly distributed in the openings of the gate template. After the verification process, the pills are released into medication tray, by means of a mechanical device with double barrier plates, which are activated by a specialized release mechanism.

Eine Anordnung zum Verpacken von Arzneimittelportionen in Abgabepackungen besteht aus einem Dispensierautomaten (1) und einer Nachfüllstation (10). Der Dispensierautomat (1) weist mehrere Vorratsspeicher-und-Dosier-Stationen (2) mit einer Vielzahl von Arzneimittelportionen, eine Verpackungsvorrichtung, die die von den Vorratsspeicher-und-Dosier-Stationen abgegebenen Arzneimittelportionen empfängt und in Abgabepackungen einbringt, und eine Steuereinrichtung (9) auf. Jede Vorratsspeicher-und-Dosier-Station (2) umfasst einen an einem Rahmen (8) befestigten stationären Teil (4) und einen einen wiederbefüllbaren Vorratsbehälter (5) enthaltenden abnehmbaren Teil (3) mit einem Informationsspeicher (6) zum Speichern eines Identifizierer des abnehmbaren Teils. Dem stationären Teil (4) ist eine Lesevorrichtung (7) zum Lesen des Informationsspeichers zugeordnet. Jeder Informationsspeicher (6) enthält einen Speicherplatz für eine Füllkennung (TS1, TS2), wobei die Füllkennung jedesmal dann, wenn der Vorratsbehälter (5) neu befüllt worden ist, an der Nachfüllstation (10) derart geändert wird, dass das Wieder-Befüllen beim Lesen des Informationsspeichers (6) durch die Lesevorrichtung (7) nach dem Wieder-Aufsetzen des abnehmbaren Teils (3) auf den stationären Teil (4) derselben oder einer anderen Vorratsspeicher-und-Dosier-Station (2) von der Steuereinrichtung (9) erkannt werden kann.

A method and apparatus for producing multi-compartment water-soluble pouches 38 from a base web 27 and a lidding web 35 is disclosed. The apparatus includes a rotatable former 21 having compartment forming cavities 23 into which the base web 27 can be formed. The former 21 is configured so that compartments 26,29,32 of a pouch 38 can be formed and filled sequentially and thereafter all compartments 26,29,32 closed and sealed by affixing the lidding web 35 to the base web 27.
