본 발명은 구조가 간단하고 콤팩트하며, 기존 포장장치에 비해 포장속도가 현저하게 빠른 라벨프린터가 구비된 포장용 봉투의 포장장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명의 포장장치는, 내부에 장치의 작동 및 제어를 위한 구성이 설치되어 있는 프레임, 하프컷팅되어 권취된 봉투를 자동으로 이송시켜 공급하는 봉투공급부, 프레임의 상부에 설치되어, 이송되는 봉투에 라벨을 인쇄하여 부착시키는 라벨부착부, 상부를 개구시켜 봉투에 제품을 투입한 후 실링하여 패킹하는 개방 및 실링부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

A feeding device (1 ) for feeding stacks of standing flat-folded cartons (2) to a receiving station, comprising a conveyor track (30) having a flat bearing plane (3) adapted to support the stacks, where the conveyor track (30) comprises at least two rows of teeth (5, 6, 7) where each row of teeth (5, 6, 7) comprises a plurality of spaced apart teeth (17) adapted to support the stacks of flat-folded cartons (2), where the teeth (17) can be positioned in either an erected position or in a folded position, and where the feeding device (1) comprises a guide track (24) arranged along the bearing plane (3) adapted to hold the teeth (17) in the selected position, and where the guide track (24) ends at an end region (15) of the conveyor track (30), such that the teeth (17) are unsupported at the end region (15). The advantage of the invention is that stacks of flat-folded cartons can be merged continuously at an outfeed region.

Eine Faltschachtelstapel-Umsetzvorrichtung (10) in einer Verpackungsmaschine weist eine Greifvorrichtung auf, die an einem verstellbaren Manipulator (15) angeordnet ist. Die Greifvorrichtung (11) besitzt zumindest zwei in einer Spannrichtung (S) aufeinander zu bewegbare Greifbacken (12, 13), zwischen denen der Faltschachtelstapel (FSS) einspannbar ist. Zusätzlich ist eine Saugvorrichtung (19) vorgesehen, die mittels einer Versteilvorrichtung (25) so verstellbar ist, dass die Saugvorrichtung mit der Oberfläche des Faltschachtelstapels wahlweise in Anlage oder außer Anlage bringbar ist. Beim Umsetzen eines Faltschachtelstapels wird die Saugvorrichtung mit der Oberfläche des Faltschachtelstapels in Anlage gebracht und die Saugvorrichtung wird während des Umsetzens des Faltschachtelstapels zumindest zeitweise aktiviert.

A plant (1) for automated packaging of items (O) in cardboard boxes (B) comprising a bottom wall (P F ), two pairs of side walls (P L1 , P L2 ) and a top closing wall (Ps). The plant (1 ) comprises a forming station (2) for forming open sheet boxes (B) from a continuous-feed web (M), introduction means (3) for introducing items (O) into the open boxes (B), a closing station (4) for closing the open boxes (B) with the items (O) therein and feeding means (5) for feeding the open boxes (B). The forming station (2) comprises cutting and creasing means (15) for cutting and creasing the continuous-feed web (M), which are adapted to provide a longitudinal elongate element (E 1 ) defining the bottom wall (P F ), the top closing wall (Ps) and the first pair of side walls (P L1 ) of the box (B), and a pair of transverse panels (E 2 , E 3 ) adapted to form the second pair of side walls (P L2 ) of the box (B), as well as first gluing means (21) for gluing the transverse panels (E 2 , E 3 ) to the elongate element (E 1 ), such that a substantially cross-shaped one-piece deployed blank (H) is provided. B. von Partikeln von Schüttgut, wobei die Reinigungsvorrichtung eine in dem Behälter (110) entlang einer Längsrichtung (201) bewegbare Reinigungseinrichtung (202) aufweist. Die Reinigungseinrichtung (202) umfasst einen Schichtverbund (203) aus einer Mehrzahl von Schichten (204-208). Die Schichten (204-208) erstrecken sich quer zu der Längsrichtung (201) und der Schichtverbund (203) umfasst zwei Endschichten (204, 208) mit jeweils einer Endfläche (214, 218). Dabei ist eine Endschicht (208) als Deckschicht mit einer Deckfläche (218) und eine Endschicht (204) als Bodenschicht mit einer Bodenfläche (214) ausgebildet. A web of expandable bags, a method for forming a web of expandable bags, and a method of forming an expandable bag containing a product is provided. The web of expandable bags includes a plurality of connected bags. Each bag includes a front ply and a back ply, and each bag is connected to an adjacent bag by a perforated connection. The front and back plies are joined to define a compartment that includes a first side, a second side, a third side that extends between the first side and the second side, and a bag opening that is configured to be closed. The front and back plies include a plurality of slits, and the plurality of slits are arranged in a plurality of spaced apart rows. The plurality of slits allows the compartment to expand in a direction that is perpendicular to the arrangement of the plurality of slits.

Ein Verfahren und eine Vereinigungseinheit (86) zur Vereinigung von zu verpackendem Gut (8) und einem Verpackungsrohling (6) in einer Kuvertieranlage (43) umfassend einem den Verpackungsrohling (6) transportierenden Übergabeband (82) mit einer ersten Transportgeschwindigkeit (v 1 ) und einem das Gut (8) transportierenden zweitem Transportband (76) mit einer zweiten Transportgeschwindigkeit (v 2 ) soll eine besonders einfache und vollständige Umhüllung des Gutes (8) durch einen Verpackungsrohling (6) ermöglichen. Dazu wird das Gut (8) vom zweiten Transportband (76) durch ein drittes Transportband (80) aufgenommen und bei der Aufnahme beschleunigt, die Geschwindigkeit des Gutes (8) wird anschließend an die erste Transportgeschwindigkeit (v 1 ) angepasst und das Gut (8) auf dem Verpackungsrohling (6) abgelegt.
