Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Auffangvorrichtung (90) für Overspray, welche ein flüssigkeitsdichtes Material aufweist, wobei das Material der Auffangvorrichtung (90) ein mehrschichtiges Verbundmaterial ist, welches mindestens eine flüssigkeitsdichte Schicht aufweist, wobei diese Schicht und/oder mindestens eine weitere Schicht des Verbundmaterials beständig gegenüber Overspray ausgebildet ist, wobei die Auffangvorrichtung (90) aus einem Ausgangszustand mittels Faltung in einen Gebrauchszustand überführbar ausgebildet ist, und wobei die Auffangvorrichtung (90) in dem Ausgangszustand in einer flachen Form vorliegt und in dem Gebrauchszustand eine Wanne zum Auffangen von Overspray ausbildet. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Filtermodul (48) zum Abscheiden von Overspray mit einem Filtergehäuse (56) und mit einer derartigen Auffangvorrichtung (90) für Overspray sowie ein Verfahren zum Aufbau eines solchen Filtermoduls (48). Erfindungsgemäß wird ein besonders einfacher und zuverlässiger Aufbau eines Filtermoduls (48) und auch ein besonders zuverlässiges und sicheres Auffangen von Overspray ermöglicht.
