A mounting plate (10) for holding a roll of wound material. The mounting plate (10) comprises a body (12), a hub (16) extending from the body (12) for holding a core, and one or more spacers (20) affixed to the body (12) and extending beyond the body (12) in the direction of the roll. Each spacer (20) comprises an inner member (22) which may contact the roll and one or more resiliency deformable legs (24) extending outwardly from the inner member (22). The spacers (20) can maintain contact with the ends of the roll and prevent the roll from being damaged due to telescoping or impacts with the mounting plates (10) or other structures.

Die Erfindung beschreibt eine Wickeleinrichtung zum Aufwickeln eines bahnförmigen Materials, vorzugsweise einer Kunststofffolie, umfassend: * einen Wickel zur Aufnahme des bahnförmigen Materials, * eine Kontaktwalze zum Heranführen und Andrücken des bahnförmigen Materials an den Wickel, * eine Einrichtung zum Drehantreiben eines noch leeren Wickels, * eine Einrichtung zum Heranführen des noch leeren Wickels an die Kontaktwalze. Mit der Einrichtung zum Drehantreiben des noch leeren Wickels und mit der Einrichtung zum Heranführen des noch leeren Wickels an die Kontaktwalze ist gleichzeitig auf den noch leeren Wickel einwirkbar.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Transportvorrichtung (10) für die Entnahme von Folienrollen (100) aus einer Folienwickelmaschine (200), aufweisend einen Einlaufabschnitt (20) für das Einlaufen der Folienrollen (100) in die Transportvorrichtung (10), ein Förderband (30) mit Fördermitteln (32) für die Förderung der Folienrollen (100) und einen Ablegeabschnitt (40) für die Ablage der geförderten Folienrollen (100), wobei das Förderband (30) mittels der Fördermittel (32) die Folienrollen (100) entlang einer Translationsstrecke (S) und einer Hubhöhe (H) fördert.

The narrow rolls (2) are provided with a product marking (21) in a first information adding step (16), the product marking (21) comprising at least general information (22, 22a, 22b, 22c). In a second information adding step (17), the product marking (21) in at least some of the narrow rolls (2) is provided with customer information (22c). After the second information adding step (17) all the narrow rolls (2) have a product marking (21) comprising the customer information (22c).

A winder for winding a web to produce a rolled product is provided. The winder includes a web transport apparatus that is used for conveying the web. Also included in one exemplary embodiment is a plurality of independent winding modules. The winding modules are independently positioned to independently engage the web as the web is conveyed by the web transport apparatus. The winding modules may be configured to wind the web to form a rolled product by center winding, surface winding, and combinations of center and surface winding. The winding modules are structurally and operationally independent of one another where if one module is disabled, another may still operate to produce the rolled product without shutting down the winder.

The invention relates to a fibre-web manufacturing line which comprises at least two slitter- winders, which each comprise an unwinding station (2 IA, 21B) and a slitting and winding section (26A, 26B). The slitter-winders of the paper- manufacturing line are located in the machine line substantially successively so that their unwinding stations (2 IA, 21B) are on the machine level (M) and the slitting and winding section (26A; 26B) of at least one is on a level (N) below the machine level (M). Between the unwinding stations (21A, 21B) of the slitter- winders are located return rails (41) of reel spools (13) which function as storage for the reel spools (12) and as an unloading point of machine rolls and/or machine -roll bottom ends. The invention also relates to a slitter- winder arrangement which comprises at least two slitter-winders, which each comprise an unwinding station (21A, 21B) and a slitting and winding section (26A, 26B). The slitter- winders are located in line substantially successively so that their unwinding stations (2 IA, 21B) are on the machine level (M) and the slitting and winding section (26A; 26B) of at least one is on a level (N) below the machine level (M). Between the unwinding stations (21A, 21B) of the slitter-winders are located return rails (41) of reel spools (13) which function as storage for the reel spools (12) and as an unloading point of machine-roll bottom ends.

Die Erfindung beschreibt eine Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln von bahnförmigem Material. Die Vorrichtung verfügt über zwei Trageschienen (27), auf deren Laufflächen (103) bereits mit bahnförmigem Material beaufschlagte Wickelwellen (7) speicher- und zu einer Übergabevorrichtung (28) transportierbar sind. Weiterhin besitzt die beschriebene Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln von bahnförmigem Material Vorrichtungen (100, 102) zur Arretierung und zum Transport der Wickelwellen (7), welche Abschnitte der Wickelwellen (7) weitgehend umfassen und die zum Transport der Wickelwellen (7) notwendige Kraft auf dieselben (7) überträgt. Die Laufflächen der Trageschienen (27) sind auf ihrer ganzen Länge gerade ausgestaltet.

A machine for winding thin metal ribbon continuously on spools comprising a fixed entry chute (1) to receive the ribbon, a pair of support rollers (3, 3') with a dancing roller (4) between them to support and guide the ribbon delivered through said fixed entry chute (1). A thickness measuring gauge (6) is provided in the path of the ribbon for continuously monitoring the thickness of the ribbon, a snubber roller assembly (30) is provided for pressing the ribbon and a brush assembly (31) is provided for catching the ribbon. A detachable entry chute (7) and a spool changing platform having a first position (P 1 ), a second position (P 2 ), a third position (P 3 ), and a fourth position (P4) are provided in which the first position (P 1 ) is a ribbon attaching station (15) with an empty spool on a winding mandril (19), a second position (P 2 ) is a ribbon winding station (16) with the winding spool on a winding mandril (20), the third position (P 3 ) is a station for unloading the wound spool and loading an empty spool, and the fourth position (P 4 ) is a stand-by station (17) with an empty spool on a winding mandril (21). A hitting rod mechanism (9) is located close to the ribbon attaching station (15) to attach the ribbon to the empty spool on the mandril (19). A ribbon support roller (10) is located between the winding spool at the ribbon attaching station (15) and the winding spool at the ribbon winding station (16) for supporting the ribbon and a delivery chute (11) is provided for removing cut piece of ribbon after attaching the ribbon on the spool.
