    摘要: A device for winding and unwinding a wire, such as a relatively thin electric cable is described. It comprises a winding element (1) suitably in the form of a drum and a wire guidance means (4) which is rotatable relative to the winding element (1) and axially movable in relation to same. The device is characterized particularly in that the circumference of the winding element (1), speed of rotation and axial speed are so adjusted mutually and to the diameter of the wire that the wire on winding is wound up on the winding element (1) by means of the wire guidance means (4), rotation by rotation repetitively, from the surface of the winding element (1) up to a maximum radial extension.
