L'invention concerne une composition de construction sèche, facilement projetable en voie humide à l'aide d'une pompe à vis, formant après durcissement, un matériau isolant (λ -1 ·K -1 ) et mécaniquement résistant, de manière durable. Cette composition comprend : -A- au moins un liant incluant lui-même: -Al -au moins un liant primaire comprenant de la chaux et/ou au moins une source d'alumine et/ou au moins une source de sulfate de calcium, de préférence au moins une source d'alumine; · -A2- au moins un agent rétenteur d'eau; -A3- de préférence au moins un surfactant; -B- au moins une charge biosourcée, de préférence d'origine végétale; le ratio B/A (litres / kg) étant compris entre 2 et 9; cette composition étant destinée à être gâchée avec de l'eau selon un rapport eau /liant -A- supérieur ou égal à 0,8. L'invention a également pour objet la composition humide, sa préparation, le liant -A- pris isolément, ainsi qu'un procédé d'application par projection, sur un support horizontal ou vertical, ou par moulage.
Abstract:
Systems and methods according to present principles enhance aspects of applied plaster coats. In particular, the materials include a synthetic substitute aggregate (SSA), added to a cementitious base coat, for a plastering step prior to application of stucco or acrylic synthetic finishes or finish coats. The addition of SSA to a pre -blended cementitious base coat creates a light weight product which in some implementations is highly advantageous for the plastering industry.

This invention provides a composition of cellulose ether and gluconate salts for use in cement containing skim coat, wherein upon application of said composition, said cement containing skim coat has a pot life of no less than 2 hours and setting time no more than 20% longer than if no gluconate salt is added. In particular, said composition comprises, by weight of total solids of said skim coat, 0.2-0.6 wt.% hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose ether and 0.02-0.07 wt.% gluconate salt.

This invention relates to a cementitious composition comprising 70 - 99 wt.-% of a) an inorganic carrier for biocidally active compounds, and b) 0.1 - 20 wt.-% of at least one bactericidally active compound, and c) 0.1 - 25 wt.-% of at least one fungicidally active compound, and wherein the antimicrobial composition is present in an amount of 0.01 to 10 wt.-%, based on the weight of the cementitious composition.

The invention relates to a composition comprising, based on the dry weight of said composition,(A) 10 to 70 % by weight of one or more hydraulic binder and (B) 20 to 85% by weight of one or more filler, wherein the composition contains 0,05 to5 % by weight, based on the amount of the hydraulic binder, of at least one terpenoid alcohol, wherein the terpenoid alcohol is not terpineol or borneol. Additionally disclosed is a hardened product made by the composition and the use of at least one terpenoid alcoholin a composition, comprising hydraulic binder and filler, to reduce the shrinkage of the wet composition during curing.

Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von ≥ 1 Gew.-% Kaliumcarbonat, bezogen auf die Trockenmasse eines zementbasierten Bindemittelssystems, zur Hydrophilierung der Oberfläche des daraus hergestellten, gehärteten Baustofferzeugnisses. Weiterhin wird ein Baustofferzeugnis beansprucht, welches sich leicht mit Wasser reinigen lässt und aus einem Bindemittelsystem umfassend 1 bis 10 Gew.-% Kaliumcarbonat, 20 bis 80 Gew.-% Portlandzement und 3 bis 60 Gew.-% Mikrosilika aus der Zirkoniumgewinnung hergestellt ist.

The invention relates to improved non-efflorescing cement-free and water-dispersible powder building material compositions comprising a homopolymer or copolymer as binder, useful for the preparation of wet formulations of plasters grouts, waterproofing coatings or mortars for the construction and the civil engineering industry. Redispersible dry composition of polymer finish comprising: a powdery organic binder included a polymer obtained by spray-drying or lyophilisation of a dispersion containing said polymer and a protective colloid; a deprotection agent; a specific adsorbent filler; and/or a load; and/or a water retentive agent; and/or a mineral rheological agent; and/or a defoamer; and/or a biocide; and/or a pigment. The invention also refers to the methods of preparation of these dry compositions and wet formulations, the application of these latter onto the surface of buildings or civil engineering works, the so obtained coatings as well as the so coated elements. The applications of these wet formulations can be also hardened joints or other hardened products for the construction as well as hardened mass objects. All these hardened products are remarkably water-resistant, non efflorescent and easy to obtain.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Additivzusammensetzung sowie die Verwendung der Additivzusammensetzung in Baustoffen auf mineralischer Basis, wobei die Additivzusammensetzung in Baustoffen eine stabilisierende, porenbildende Wirkung ausübt und ferner eine gute Fließfähigkeit des Baustoffes gewährleistet. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Baustoffes und den Baustoff selbst. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung Bauteile, welche den erfindungsgemäßen Baustoff enthalten.
