摘要: La invención se refiere a composiciones de mezcla seca que comprenden éter de celulosa no iónico, compuesto de copolímero de éter de policarboxilato, CaSO4- 2H2O, éter de almidón pre gelatinizado, polímero acrílico redispersable y Arbocel W40 para obtener un micro cemento con utilidad para dar acabado pulido a firmes de concreto, muros de fachadas (tipo concreto aparente), restaurar firmes desgastados, banquetas, traves y columnas de concreto, sobre aplanados, yeso, estuco, texturas y donde se requiera dar un acabado liso pulido, se puede utilizar en interior y exterior. Una de las ventajas de la composición, es que debido a la gran cantidad de dispersantes que aporta, junto con el refuerzo del polímero acrílico redispersable que absorbe los diferentes esfuerzos elásticos, o de contracción, a los que puede estar sometido el microcemento, no necesita juntas de dilatación, como si ocurre en otros tipos de revestimientos similares.

Das System ist ein gesundheitlich unbedenklicheswässriges System. Es ist leicht zu verarbeiten und erreicht schnell hohe Festigkeiten.

摘要: Method of making foamed gypsum slurry having 15 to 90 volume percent gas bubbles including: passing first slurry including water and on dry basis 50 to 98 wt. % calcium sulfate hemihydrate, 1 to 50 wt. % calcium carbonate, and 0.1 to 10 wt. % cellulose thickener via a first hose to a Wye connector conduit first inlet opening at Rate C and passing alum solution via a second hose to a second inlet opening of the conduit at Rate D to create combined mixed stream passing from the conduit to a static mixer for mixing for Time 3 to activate at least a portion of the calcium carbonate and alum to generate CO 2 and create the foamed gypsum slurry; transferring the slurry from the mixer to a cavity between two wall boards via a third hose. Allowing the slurry in the cavity to expand, harden and dry.
